Everyone was wonderful...good service and knowledgeable.

I wish I remembered the guys name who helped me, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about your products and your warranties. I will be back to buy tires and get a brake job here soon. I appreciate the company not trying to oversell the people who choose yall for their service and I feel like it will bring more customers back. Once again I was very impressed by the professionalism and the customer service shown by all the employees at this store.

I went in for a specific tire and they only had three of the four left in stock. Anthony went ahead and got the shop started on the three while he drove to Springdale and back for the fourth. I was done in just over an hour and they look great. Thanks guys!

Very nice

I told them what I wanted, they checked everything and let me know I had alignment issues. I only had enough for 2 tires so they set me up and let me charge the entire service. Was overall very satisfied.

This is one of the few shops where everyone is honest and I would trust them to perform any service needed.

The Scottish gentleman was very courteous and help get me setup for the service. The gentleman that did the 5 tire rotate and balance resolved a wobble that I was having at 45 miles an hour and also asked where I had the last balance done since they counter weighted the tires and they didn't need it. Everyone that came into the facility were greeted and the gentleman taking orders were very nice.

The guys behind the counter were friendly and professional. I was needing work done on a Saturday and was working within a time limit. They jumped right on it and got me an alignment and 4 tires worked into the schedule and got me on the road within 2 hours.

Darryl was pleasant, professional and explained what was done and made suggestions to what should be done. He wasn't high pressure and not intimidating as some places are when a female is the customer. Will be back again when I need service.

So as I stated last time Jamal is the reason I keep coming back. He is helpful, knowledgeable, willing to help in anyway, remembers my kids and treats me like a person not a number to get in and out. Again, if Jamal is not there I don't go in. You need more people like Jamal to keep business going and growing.
