Big O Tires

Great customer service! It's so nice to go into a clean store, be helped, get what you need and out in a timely manner. This is the second vehicle I've taken in to have tires put on. Getting in to have them rotated and balanced is super convenient. I will NEVER go back to firestone again! Big O is everything Firestone will never be. Great job, keep up the good work!

the only issue I had was I bought new tires.....my wife run into a curb and it cut the tire......I had her call BIG O TIRES and let them know about our problem.....and that we had the 3 year warranty and road service warranty....we were told that they were short handed and they could not come fix it....but gave us the name of who to do the repair/road service. We had that company do the work...we paid the bill, and then my wife took our vehicle in and got a new tire......but she was questioned about the repair bill that we were asking to be paid....I did not understand that, since we were directed to use that company and we called that company.

The service I received was above average. At the time of the visit the service techs got really busy with an overload of customers, but were able to do the work on my vehicle as quickly as possible. I am greatful for the service I received.

They took very good care of me

I have purchased multiple sets of tires for multiple cars at the Big O Tires in Bentonville. My last trip was to get tires for my son's truck and get a tire rotation and balance on my own truck. AS always, the staff was helpful and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress on my vehicles and promptly notified when they were ready.

Kevin (store associate) was friendly, knowledgable and kept me informed on the process of the build out (rims/ tires/ lift-level). Great job! Kyle (district manager), very knowledgeable and offered up his personal and professional advice on what tires, rims and size of the lift-level kit. He also dropped me off at my office and picked up after the job was completed. I will definitely be getting additional service on my kids truck (lift-level) as well as will start bringing all five of my vehicles to this location! Your team did a great job...start to finish!
