Anthony and Darryl ROCK! This shop is very professional. They did a great job finding the tires for my 2015 Cadillac ATS. The tires are exotic and hard to find. They ordered them and had the tires in 2 business days. They totally went above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend them for any car, any tire anyone would need.

I have been going to tire shops for many many years, but the Big O store in Bentonville, AR is by far the BEST I have ever been to. The Manager there, Anthony, has more knowledge than any manager I have ever met. He will give you the info straight, will not hide anything, then hit you up for it when the job is done. I have had front end work done by them, tires, oil and lube, and other items. If they can do it, they get my business!!!! I don't even think about going to another place.I do not even check prices because I know that Anthony will give me the best price he can. And in today's world that means a HUGE difference. The quality of their tires is unmatched in my opinion.Thank you for having a store close enough for me to use!

Easy process. Ordered my tires, they arrived the next day. Dropped off the Jeep. Tires installed, oil changed within a couple hours.

They are super nice. Great customer service. Very educated in what they are doing. I will continue to bring my car here.

I had a wonderful experience buying tires for our suv. My husband was out of town and I decided to go ahead and get the tires on the SUV. Went down and I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I told him what I had and he looked up what kind they had for my car. He recommended a Michelin tire, not a BIG O tire. He said that one would be his 2nd best, but the Michelin was 1st plus I would get rebates if I opened an account. $120. In rebates. I wasn't excited about opening an account, but I figured, $120. Was worth it and went ahead. I would pay it when I got it and get the rebate money. Actually I didn't need to pay it off right away, I had 1 year with 0 interest!! They did a free alignment check plus the 21 point check, which I was very grateful, I figured they'd find something just to sell a bunch of stuff. I was wrong!! They told me about the air filter, which I already knew needed one, so I had them go ahead and replace that before I replaced that again. The test on the alignment was off, which I'm not surprised, so I'm going to do that. $20l off coupon, so that's a deal! And getting the 5yr one. So can get as many as it needs for 5 years at no more cost! I left there feeling great! New tires, with the stems etc.. plus an alignment, and an air filter.... running smooth and quiet. Glad I went to Big O tires and I be back for our other car when it needs tires No high pressure, and very helpful. Thank you Big O Tires!

I needed new tires for my Tundra. It is the Texas edition, so my tire situation was "unique" and sounded like it was going to be expensive. Every place I called or looked had outrageous prices. Not Big O. The staff there went out of their way to get me the best deal in Northwest Arkansas and were polite and courteous while I was there.
