Big O Tires

I have come in multiple times and each time they have been friendly and tried to accommodate my needs for getting to work etc. A couple areas of frustration are that every time I have brought my car in, which has been at least 4 or more times, in the last 6 months there is a ton of grease left on my leather car seats, dashboard, doors and even the velvet on my sunroof This is very frustrating and difficult to clean. The last time I was in for a new tire and my spare tire was thrown in the trunk and not put back where it goes under the cover. I was also told by the manager that he would help me find a new rim for my tire and he has yet to call me and give me information on this (3 days later)

Quick and fast. And they know what they are doing. Excellent Team!

I have three cars and rely on big O tire for any service required on the front end and tires.

had to wait for what I considered an unreasonable amount of time, had to "PAY" for an alignment but I was under the impression that you received a FREE alignment when you purchased a set of 4 tires, one of the wheel/hubcap emblems was not put on tightly enough and has fallen off one of my wheels

Even though I didn't have an appointment, and I was getting all 4 tires replaced on my daughter's truck, they got us in right away, and not only had the tires in stock, but more than one brand in my size. Darryl was especially helpful in getting us taken care of and updating us.

The service was fast and efficient. It was raining that day,so when I got into my car I thought the dark spots on my floor mats was water. Well it was not water. It was grease or dirt off the service man's shoes. So I had to clean my floor mats. Service men or garages should be conscious of this. I have had it happen at different places. Over all service was good

All the friendly fellows kept me company while I waited and Mike up all the technician did a wonderful job everything is as it should be and I'm worried about nothing!!!

Had a nail in my tire. Arrived at 7:05 am. Waited 10 minutes. No one at front desk. A technician came in from service area. Tire was repaired quickly. When I got home I checked the tire pressure. It was 32 instead of 39 lbs. I added additional air. Guess they are bbn used to car tires. Not sure how this will effect nitrogen.

Quick, professional, courteous service. Probably why this store is always busy and an appointment is required.

Had to go back and get balanced again. Center caps were not put on properly. Spare tire was not put back under my truck.

I wont biy tired any where else. They have excellent warranties and they take care of you. We had a minor problem after I bought my new tires and 1 call and a trip back there and they fixed it with smiles. Great guys. Great service.
