Big O Tires

Your technicians need to clean up their mess on the car. Paper in the floor, locking lug nuts left in the seat, and no " next oil change sticker".

Was happy to do business here and my next set of tires will be from right here.

Basically good.... I am a mechanical engineer and have a good understanding of the mechanical status of my car. Felt that I only needed the flat fixed... but additional time was taken looking for other repairs that I knew I did not need. Have used the Branson Mo location and found them to be a little better and more efficient with there time.

I've used this Big O Tire for a few years now and they are always professional and friendly and get the job done in a timely manner.

I stopped in on a busy Saturday but they were able to work me in for new tires. THe only issue I had was on the drive home and my car gave me a warning that 2 tires were very low. The correct tire pressure should be expected before driving off. Other than that, it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Expensive but, worth it

Took a little longer than expected after making an appointment, but once the car was in the stall the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Nice to have your tire guarantee--I'll be back!

It was a very positive experience and we will use Big O Tires again.

Everything was outstanding. But at the end when I declined the tire warranty I felt harassed for deciding to not go with the warranty employees said it was a stupid decision for not getting it and didnt help me when I asked about the possible wheel bearing and break job. So I went some where else due to this employee

Desperately needed someone to look at my brakes and they saw me right away! All of the guys there were great, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all my questions without getting annoyed because I have always have a ton of questions. Price was really reasonable and the work was done in a great timely manner!! Would definitely come back for any other issues.

I was very pleased with my service visit to Big O, they are a friendly group of professionals. They got my vehicle in and out in a short time and a great job on tthe alignment. I'll come here again for my next service needs. They have a good crew. Thanks Big O!
