Big O Tires

Tires were on sale and got 4 tires, alignment, and wipers for under $700 on my Volvo S60. As long as they keep their promises per the warranty they are really worth 5 stars, time will tell. Store was very busy and they got me in within an hour of initial arrival.

The store did a great job fitting me in with short notice.

Overall, good experience. Kevin, our service assistant, was goid. Very professional and helpful. Not sure of the manager's name. He was helpful but appeared stressed and not as friendly. Perhaps just a bad day.

The guys are super friendly and took my Jeep in when I couldn't find anyone who would work on it because of the lift. I love Big O Tires... they apparently do it all. I will be back when I need a new set of rubber!!! Keep on keepin' on, guys!

It seemed that it took a little longer than what I was informed it may take to get the work done, although I truly have no complaint about the work itself. I would like to ask, having provided my own oil and filter for service, I was not even asked if I wanted the remaining two quarts of oil. I bought it, and what if I need to top the oil off just a bit? I have to go buy another quart of oil.

Your technicians need to clean up their mess on the car. Paper in the floor, locking lug nuts left in the seat, and no " next oil change sticker".

Everything from the phone call to the visit was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and kindness from start to finish. Although all I needed was a tire patch they were eager to help and answer any questions I had. Got me in and out within the hour even while they were as busy as they were. Thanks guys.

Basically good.... I am a mechanical engineer and have a good understanding of the mechanical status of my car. Felt that I only needed the flat fixed... but additional time was taken looking for other repairs that I knew I did not need. Have used the Branson Mo location and found them to be a little better and more efficient with there time.

Thursday I went to make an appointment to get my tires rotated and alignment done and they got me in right then.

I stopped in on a busy Saturday but they were able to work me in for new tires. THe only issue I had was on the drive home and my car gave me a warning that 2 tires were very low. The correct tire pressure should be expected before driving off. Other than that, it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Great Team at our local Bentonville, Arkansas Big O Tires. Very professional and excellent Customer Service. They beat the Big Box and Big Club Retailers hands down. You can trust their quality of work and know that if you have any problems; they will take care of it. I can count on them getting the job done the first time.

Took a little longer than expected after making an appointment, but once the car was in the stall the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Nice to have your tire guarantee--I'll be back!

I switched to this shop after some disappointment in the local Chevy store for my personal vehicle just over a year ago. Recently I had my truck serviced again and was very pleased with the level of attention paid to my truck's service needs. As a result, we decided to call for a quote for some needs on our work truck. We're a non-profit, so shopping for price is just as important as quality service. Darryl was very helpful, and was able to do better on price than the local dealership. Additionally, the warranties on work make it ideal. We'll look forward to continuing to do business with your shop!

Excellent service, just like clockwork!

Desperately needed someone to look at my brakes and they saw me right away! All of the guys there were great, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all my questions without getting annoyed because I have always have a ton of questions. Price was really reasonable and the work was done in a great timely manner!! Would definitely come back for any other issues.

Almost everyone on site is helpful and friendly. Anthony always goes out of his way and actually so do most of the staff I have recommended friends and will continue to do that thanks guys!
