Big O Tires

Used them for an alignment on my wife's van. Service was fast and so far so good.

Very pleasant and they got me right in on a Monday.

Needs to acknowledge customers and be a little more friendly.When I walked in one man was on a cell phone behind a counterand never looked up. Another was on the computer and the third was on the phone with a customer. I had to wait for the 3rd person since no one else even acknowledged me.

Great experience and very helpful staff. Darryl did an outstanding job. I went in looking for tires for 3 vehicles and a great discount. Darryl was able to make it happen. Had a few other things that needed repaired on each vehicle. They let me know about those but were not pushy at all like I've witnessed with other shops. They were able to work with my schedule and provided a shuttle to and from work. Highly recommended shop

They never responded to my online appointment repair request. I confirmed the time the next day and there wasn't a problem with getting in at the time I asked for online. The repair for a flat tire repair took a little over 2 hours. 1 hours before the vehicle was taken to the shop which was 1 hours after my appointment, and 1 hour to repair the tire.

Great service, drive down to Springdale to get my tires and had them put on really quick and was in and out of there

I felt a little ignored when I arrived. It was not explained to me that there was a cost of tire rotation or how much it was. I should have known there would be a cost but there seemed to be all these complementary things and I just wasn't expecting my bill to nearly $100. It did take quite a while as I waited in the lobby. I also had an oil change.

I needed to return to have my alignment done as the first two times were unsuccessful. It was stated that my vehicle could not be adjusted in a certain way. This was incorrect, but a senior tech worked through my issues and won me back as a permanent customer. I think it was just a one time thing.

Repaired a flat tire in a timely manner

I took my vehicle in for tire rotation and oil change which were completed in a few minutes. I found an error in billing and returned to location a few days later and received credit without issue.

The staff was great and took great care of us. They addressed all my concerns and I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Part was ordered and it wasn't the correct part for my vehicle... made my ~ 30-45min. visit end up being 3hrs. Tech that executed the oil change left a ton of oil on the skid plate (didn't clean it off) hence when I get home I have massive oil dropping on my driveway -- to what I was to assume was now a leak? Back to store I go to find out that the tech just didn't do their job correctly. Anthony (I assume the manager) is great and gave me a small discount for the inconvenience and I appreciate that. However, I do expect the Big O' Team to treat every service as its' their own car. If they were doing that service for their own vehicle - would they ensure that the extra oil was cleaned up and removed? Likely that answer is yes. I expect "more" for someone that I'm paying for service from. I only ask that you folks tighten up your game a bit.

turns out I needed a belt for my corvette, but they said it would be a waste unless another existing problem wasnt fixed first by the dealer, they could have just put belts on and said nothing. I didnt know they did more than tires. Now I know.

Anthony the store manager has always been very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to assist. He has a solid understanding of mechanics and seems to always have an idea of what is wrong with my vehicle just from the vague descriptions I give him...he deserves a raise!

I am always treated wonderful in this store. The guys recognize me when I come in.

Overall the service was good, though a big sluggish. I was there on the day that Anthony, the manager who I've praised before, was not there so maybe that made the slight difference in speed. The shop was not very busy but it took a bit longer than I would have expected and longer than I'd waited before. Not a big deal.

My husband was out of town and sent me here as I needed to get a new tire after 5:00 and everyone else was closing. They were super friendly and got me in and out quickly. Will definitely use them again.
