Great service great experience. Courtesy shuttle should be available before 10 AM on week days.

I arrived 10 minutes after closing on Saturday with an active oil leak. They still checked me in and put my truck inside for first thing Monday morning. I was stressed but that ended 1 minute after I walked in the door. They called right away Monday morning and had it done before noon. Running great.

Overall experience was good. I had to tires that were warrantied. The only downside was a white trash moment between one of your techs and the front desk guy.

Rather than drive to Fayetteville to get service on my Outback, I tried Big-O and was very satisfied.

I put two tires on my fifth wheel on July 29th and then had two more replaced on July 31st. On July 31st the TPP program was explained to me, (or more accurately) I listened to the service rep. I was surprised that the program applied to trailer tires and would have taken the protection on all four tires but was told that since I turned it down on Saturday I could not put it on those tires only the ones I was purchasing on July 31st. I didn't take the TPP since I could not get it on all four tires but will remember it is available in the future.

Jesse's courtesy is the primary reason I decided to visit Big O, and Anthony's demeanor almost made me leave. I'm sure Anthony has his talents, but I would work to use them in the back of the shop where customer interaction is limited.

Daryl handled my order like a pro. Other issues were found once they got into the job and started replacing the parts we talked about. Daryl called me right away and gave me the option of replacing the additional parts today or coming back at another time. I decided to have them replace all the parts that were recommended and I'm glad I did. My 2002 Chevy truck has over 200K miles on it and was feeling pretty worn out. We did shocks, struts, brakes, a ball joint and a few suspension parts and now feels like a totally younger vehicle. I have confidence in the team at the Bentonville Big O Tires.

I am very pleased with the performance and expertise of Anthony, manager, and Jesse, employee for identifying a very difficult problem. After getting a new set of tires from Big O Inoticed a very slow leak in my left front tire. I brought the car bak about a month after the new tires were installed and the problem was diagnosed as a leaking valve and the valve was replaced. After about another month I had to continually add air to the tire. I brought it back this week and your team reported that they had fixed the problem it was another leaking valve. I questioned whether that was the solution since it was not likely that both valves had been leaking. Here's the good part. Jesse agreed and chose to check again. He pulled the car back into the bay and upon closer inspection, he discovered a leak in the wheel very close to the valve stem. Armed with this information, I took the car back to the dealer and they agreed to replace the wheel. Without Jesse's dedicated effort the problem would not have been solved. My complements to your staff for going above and beyond the call.

Everyone was great and treated us like family and I watched the mechanic bleed my breaks but I am still having trouble with them. I am worried that if I really need them to work they will not work correctly. Now I don't know what to do we already paid 91.97 and now I will have to take the car someplace else and pay again to have them checked.
