Big O Tires is a strong team who puts customers first. They work hard to get you in and out. I greatly appreciated that they dropped me off by my nearby office while I waited for the service to be completed. The overall team was great to problem-solve some problems I had with my wheels. I will be back.

Big O replaced four tires on my Ford F-150. The work they did was very good. I always worry when taking my vehicle to have work done on it. When they mounted the wheels back on the truck they used a torque wrench and that impressed me. A lot of places will just use an air impact and that is not the proper way. The only compliant I would have is that it took longer than what it should have. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Although the job on my alignment was horrible, the customer service was outstanding. I am glad they did not hawk their other services as this made my trip in the store fast. The two gentlemen who worked the counters on 7/18 deserve much credit as they were very polite and will be the reason I recommend this store to others.

I've used Big-O in Idaho and Oregon and was really pleased when they started building one on J Street! The service was as good as it was in the West. As a woman, Big-O is my first choice.
