Bought 4 new tires. Pleasant experience.

Big O replaced four tires on my Ford F-150. The work they did was very good. I always worry when taking my vehicle to have work done on it. When they mounted the wheels back on the truck they used a torque wrench and that impressed me. A lot of places will just use an air impact and that is not the proper way. The only compliant I would have is that it took longer than what it should have. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

I was stuck in Bentonville 200 miles from home driving on a donut with a ruined tire and three others that were reaching the end of their service life. After trying four different shops that all told me they didn't stock Michelins in my size of tire (205x65x-6) and that they'd have to order. I spoke with Glen at Big O who found a similar sized tire that would still work. A couple of hours later, I had four new tires on my car and was back on the road. No other shop would consider thinking outside the box. All they wanted to do was let their service book do the thinking for them. Glen was a problem solver and he got the business. I've never done business with Big O before but I will going forward.
