Big O Tires

I explained what the truck was doing. They listened and the problem was checked by there team of experts. After the diagnosis, I was given choices for the repairs to fit my time schedule . I was disappointed that they did not cover the floor mates in my truck,there was grease on them made me feel they could of done the extra to cover the mats . Thanks

I called before I came in told them what I needed and I needed them on that day. Person I spoke with looked outside their store, found some in Springdale, they went and picked them up. Got there an hour early to my appointment. They were busy, but still got me right in, while I waited. I was in and out in just under an hour. No problems, no issues.

I was pleased with the service, friendliness, and value of products. I would highly recommend Big O tire in Bentonville AR.

Mine was a different experience as I was told they were looking into the warranty but ultimately fixed the issue and made sure it was right. They also told me some things that I should do to my car to keep it up to date. Thanks Big O

Very fast and efficient, very polite and informative

Had to replace front bearings. Complications arose and ere handled well by staff. I was kept informed in a timely fasion and work finished on time.

This is my 4th visit to your Bentonville store (we service 2 vehicles there) and they have taken great care of me everytime. I wanted to write this time to give a shout out to Anthony, Jamal and Darrel. They are very efficient, provide great attention to detail and have gotten me out and on my way in good time. Your check-in process is well set-up and allows for a clear understanding of the potential work to be done plus an accurate price estimate. The best part is the "proof" they provide on what was wrong (show the dirty air filter, the nail in the tire, etc.). I first used this location as its more convenient to work, but come back because they take good care of me and our vehicles.

I had a short time frame to get everything done on my car before I had to go into work, and they kept to it! Very pleased!

Rating cleanliness a 3 because there were no paper towels in the bathroom. Quality of service a 3 because after installing 4 new tires none of my tire pressure sensors worked. Other than that happy with service.

I bought Big O brand tires on the recommendation of the sale person. We will see how well the tires perform.

I got a 6" lift plus new tires for my truck and it looks and rides perfect. They did an awesome job.

Good check in speed, plenty of help. Tires were installed very quickly! Checkout took about 30 minutes because the system was "down" and to charge on my Big O account had to be entered manually. The employee was not able to get the website to work and had to call account services to process the charge. Upon leaving I noticed the tires all had different PSI according to the display on my truck. Should be 39psi, I had a 42, 40, 39, 41. Not a huge deal, but it's pretty easy to get them all at the same level with a digital pressure gauge. I noticed my truck sounded different/louder when accelerating. When I opened the hood I found the air filter cover hadn't been properly secured and when I fixed this the noise returned to normal. Also noticed the bug shield on the front of my truck is cracked. I can't say for sure this happened at Big O, but I hadn't seen the crack before. Good price for the tires, and good speed of installation. Checkout was a hassle and the tire PSI just seems like close was good enough. Attention to detail would have avoided the PSI and the air cleaner cover issues.

I had tires replaced a week ago.Everything went perfect.Everything was professional and courteous. Will go back, and recommend them for anyone.

Shane did a fabulous job fixing a slow leak and then installing a new replacement tire due to a bubble on the sidewall... Shane's expertise with installation with perfection would bring me back... A misunderstanding happened at the beginning of my experience regarding insurance I had purchased that left a bad taste in my mouth...

Anthony took very good care of me.
