Everyone was incredibly courteous and helpful. This was my first time doing business here and it was a great experience. Incredibly impressed.

Dakota, the sales person, was great. He helped me find what I wanted and scheduled the install so that in would not inconvenience me. The install was fast, but they did not do a final check on the air pressure in the tires. They were about 5 pounds short which made my light come on. I could have taken it back, but it was easier to just do it myself. They also got the key for the wheels out of my glove compartment and just left everything they took out on the front seat. These are little trivial things, no big deal. For the most part they did fine, just not great.

Needed oil change, went spot on. Did multi point inspection, Notified me of issues I need to address and that is standard. Weren't pushy to sell it and I loved it. Soon as I can get funds I'll be back to fix issues A.S.A.P. Safety is priority.

My wife and I have purchased three sets of tires from your location. I appreciate you matching Walmart's price on my tires and I really appreciate how my wife has been treated in the past as she is knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and was treated as such. My only complaint is during this last visit a wheel stud was broken, it was apparently cross threaded previously, not your responsibility, but the gentleman at the counter offered to fix it for $260. That is a a $6 part and took me less than an hour to fix. If you had offered a reasonable repair estimate I might have agreed to it for convenience. The estimate of 2 hours shop time plus parts is ridiculous. Based on this I would not recommend your shop to do any repairs other than tires.

Took 2 1/2 hrs to get an oil change and tire rotation. I purchased tires from another Big O dealer with full warranty. So I have tires rotated with oil changes. Mngr did apologized for wait and did discount oil change. Will see what happens on my next visit.

Big O is convenient to my office but they are notorious for upselling and telling you things that need to be done that may or may not need to be done. If you dont know anything about vehicles you may be spending unnecessary money

Service took longer than expected. I had a slow leak from a previous repair at a small mom and pop store in KS. Big O said repair ruined the tire. Decided to trade out spare for ruined tire and buy a different tire to replace spare as Big O did not have an exact replacement and since I was passing through I did not have time for them to order one. I kept the old tire but was charged for tire disposal and for a road hazard for a tire that will sit under my truck bed for most of its life. Didn't realize the charges until after I left. If they refund me for both of these charges it will restore a lot of credibility for the the store.

My wife's Van had a nail in the left rear tire. I followed her to the Big O store as we did not know how busy they would be, and I may have to stay and wait, or she would. Anyway, I left her there with the van. They were not busy at all, (which is concerning) and they got the van in right away. 30 minutes later, they decide the tire is not fixable. The damage was to close to the sidewall. Bull shit. the screw was 2 inches from the sidewall in the tread of the tire. At this point, I am not sure if the shop workers were that incompetent, OR, if they were trying to sell us more tires that we did not need. In the end, they fixed the tire, (like they should have in the first place) and my wife drove it to work. Oh, one more thing. The low tire light was on in the van. Once the tire was fixed, the light should have gone off (after a short drive etc) However, it was a cold morning, and ALL 4 tires were low. Since we were at the tire shop, would it not have made sense that they would check the pressure in ALL the tires before she was allowed to leave the shop? I ended up airing up all 4 tires when I got home from work since the shop workers did not have enough sense to do it at the time? In the past two years, I have bought two sets of tires from this store, over $2,000 dollars worth. With kids driving etc. I have a lot of tire business in my future. If you want to keep my busines, I recommend fixing the incompetencies in that store! I stopped buying tires from Sams, and Norms, and I can certainly go somewhere else. Poor service just don't get it.

Told them I had a concern with a tire, they needed rotated, and I would like an alignment check. They called me and simply said fire is not fixable it will be $303 dollars. Never said exactly what Was wrong. Then called 15 minutes before closing and said it was ready. I got there at 6pm and the guy checked me out. Never said a word about what was wrong. I had to ask if an alignment check was done and was told "uh, yea it was fine"�, had to ask if they rotated the tires and same answer. I felt zero confidence that anything was done to the point I physically checked my car to see if there was a new tire. The fact that the new tire was on the same rim that had the issue really makes me wonder if the rotation was even done. I normally love Big O Tires but was not impressed at all with this experience
