Big O Tires

I came in for an oil change. I was given a choice of three different cost options and chose the mid-tier 39 dollar option. My final bill was 77 dollars. Needless to say, I was surprised at the final bill.

Had to replace ball joints that you put on 2 years ago. They were inferior quality and I don't believed ever greased when put on originally. So I was not happy about this.

I purchased a set of tires for my wife's car, and I appreciated the value in their recommendations, while still being open to provide what the customer wants. They weren't pressuring me to purchase from in stock items only.

I made an appointment to have my passenger rear tired checked for a slow leak. After an hour of not being told anything yet, I asked for an update and was told my Jeep was about to be taken into the shop. It took another hour to be told there was a screw in the tire and also the sensor was broken ( the mechanic broke it BUT reinstalled for free so that's fine) and to fix the leak. I had to bring my toddler so I made an appointment so we wouldn't have to wait for a long time. Good customer service but disappointed in the wait time when I made an appointment for a reason.

I came to purchase 4 tires and get an alignment. I was advised of some front end parts defects and that was good, However after getting home I thought my tires looked low. When checked they were at 22 psi or lower some way under 20 psi. I then turned around and brought the vehicle back and was asked to wait 30 minutes until they could look at the tires. The only answer they could come up with is the installer never completed filling the tires with air. I am very glad I had not started a long trip and had tire failure at a high rate of speed.

I called at the last minute, they when, ere so awesome on the phone and invited me to come in right away! Then, when I brought my car in, everyone was friendly, efficient, and helpful! I'll be back and will share my experience with others. Sincerely, Virginia

The technician changing oil should be wearing gloves that he/she can remove before entering the vehicle to place sticker. I had oil and grease on my door handle and steering wheel.

Eric was very helpful in trying to resolve the problem with the Ram dealer. Entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I can recommend Big O with confidence.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T KNOW TIRES! The service was excellent, of course. The store was clean, of course. The staff was friendly and the work produced was great, OF COURSE. BUT, they saw that I was a dumb kid just needing tires. They hooked, lined, and sinkered (I know it's not a word) me into paying FAR above retail for my size tires. I do not blame them as the technique they used is how they make money and it's completely legal. BUT I AM mad about the fact that they made me pay $300 to $400 above retail because I'm a clueless college kid.

I came in because of tire noise. They figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. They replaced the strut's on my wife's Santa Fe quickly and got me back on the road fast. Thanks Jamal.

If it wasn't for the Bigfoot line of tires I would not shop at your store. I have been in twice in the last 4 months and my experience was identical. Simply put, it could be much better. As a former retail GM it was disappointing .

Called a couple days before leaving on vacation to get shocks installed, and they got me in the very next day!

The tire service was really good. I was not told about being charged for the warranty and I had to request a refund which was disappointing. The fact that it does not go directly back on my card was even more frustrating. Overall fair experience although not sure I will try again after the issue I had.

Getting new tires put on was good. Wasn't happy on 1st rotation when wheels weren't balanced and wide had to bring car back due to shimmy.

I have been using Big O Tires ever since they opened a location in Bentonville. The staff and quality of service is fantastic.
