Big O Tires

I arrived at 7 a.m. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 45-60 minutes. I walked out at 8:45, I'm no expert but should these two thing take almost two hours? I also felt like I was "Jiffy Lubed"� offered several parts, services and financing. Not blaming the guys up front, they're just trying to push products and financing. Doubt I'll be back.

My only complaint is that the cap was left off after my oil change.

I brought my 67 Mustang in for tires and alignment. I just changed the front end to an aftermarket coilover system. The guys were up front as far as pricing since it was not stock. They did a great job getting the alignment right and honored what they quoted me. The car has never ridden nicer. Thanks guys for such a great job. I appreciate all your hard work getting my baby back on the road!!

Lost a wheel weight in the first 25 miles

I needed only one tire to replace one that developed a bubble. I found the tire for my vehicle on the Big O website. The local shop was able to order the tire and had it in just a few days. I was surprised there was a charge for shipping since the tire was listed on their website. The time for the replacement was outstanding. However, when we picked up the vehicle, there was a strong odor of grease inside the vehicle. Turned out to be a greasy handprint on the driver door panel. Tire service was good. Charges seemed high.

I brought in a trailer tire for replacement and another to get a hole plugged. It went smoothly and quickly. Thanks

Tire Rotation took 2 plus hours and i was the first one thru the door at 7am. I figure it was because i had the extended tire protection plan, not new income. Get better!

I came in looking for a Michelin Premier LTX and they sold me on the Defender since the LTX is discontinued. I'm very happy with our purchase! Additionally, I asked the sales person what he thought about a "noisey" brake issue I was having with my other car. He recommended me to get it checked ASAP since I had recently replaced the brakes. I took my car back to Firestone(where I purchased the brakes) and they had messed up my original installation and fixed everything for free. A dangerous situation was avoided because of one of your employees! Thank you!!! I will be back for my next set of tires.

Clerk was good just provided an unsettling experience on the edge of being to personal. Being female I felt like I was being pushed into option that he was under the impression I had no clue about because of it. He was very nice just feel if I were male the information would have been delivered in a different manner.

I had an appointment at 7:00 AM so I could be there when they first opened. My truck was not put in the garage until 7:40 AM and I had a lot to do that day. The work was not done until a little after 9:00 for the wheels to be rotated and oil change. I will probably only have the wheels rotated next time since I have a three contract for that service of which I paid for when I purchased the Michelin tires from Big O. I have a low mileage pick-up and I want to get the maximum mileage from the expensive Michelin tires. When my three year contract is done I most likely will have my service done elsewhere. Sorry for my not so good report.

Kevin Rains was my service advisor. I've used Big O tires several times before and this is the first time I was told about the credit process. Kevin had no idea why no one had told me before. I was disappointed about that. Kevin was excellent. Very patient with me. Answered all my questions and provided better customer service than I've ever had at Big O in Bentonville. One thing I would like to mention, if the garage guys or someone would clean the yuk left on your car when finished, it would be much nicer. My steering wheel was filthy. The drivers side door panel was horribly dirty and if a paper floor mat could be placed it would be nice. I do think better care could be taken in this area.

Went in for a $40 oil change and came out over $800 in the hole. Rep called me and said it needed an alignment part on each side at $80 each and needed a couple hours of labor. It was very misleading that in the end it was well over $800. The rep should have given a true estimate. Everything works well, but it was no where near what was expected.

I needed new tires for my Toyota truck and store manager Anthony helped me find the right tires for my driving needs and answered all of my questions. He made what might have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.

Was called while tires were being put on with a quote of other things wrong, when I got to the store the quote went up 1100.00$ said they forgot to tell me something else wasn't included after I asked if that original amount included everything!! Love my tires but poor service communication, feeling I was being taken advantage of!!

I was expecting it to be like other places I have been where the people are rude and not to fond of helping the customers, but everyone was really nice. The main person who helped me out the most was Gary, but everyone was super friendly.

Something broke when draining the power steering fluid and we had to wait awhile to get the new part. I was late for work. When I got to work my wheel cover had fallen off as it was not properly replaced when rotating the tires. I found the cover on the road and installed it. Other then that I had a good experience.

The Bentonville Big O team did a good job installing 2 new tires and rear breaks on a stormy Saturday. Thanks.
