Did not understand why the clerk refused to rotate the tihe tires. I wanted the front tires, which had plenty of tread left, rotated to the rear. The clerk refused and said they could not. No reason was given. I am really considering not returning when I purchase the other two tires because o this refusal to rotate he tires.

Service is great. The tires that were recommended, on the other hand, seem to be poor quality. They have been on the car for under a year and you have had to replace every one of them, maybe a total of 5. I understand manufacturer lot issues and such, however, it is very inconvenient to keep having to get tires replaced and deal with leaking air, safety anxiety, etc. I typically do not purchase extended warranties as they are generally not worth it, however, thank goodness the warranty was automatically added to these tires. I also don't agree with paying an install fee on tires that need to be replaced due to quality issues and they are under stated warranty. We enjoy dealing with the people at this location, however, something should be communicated to the manufacturer regarding the quality of tires they are providing Big O. I would like to completely trust that a tire specific shop is aware of the quality of tires that are being provided and addresses issues that arise with the manufacturer. Hopefully this second/third round of tires will hold up, fingers crossed...

Good, friendly customer service. I was asked if I wanted a free alignment check, and I said yes, but when I came to pick up my car, I found out it had not been checked. I had to stay an extra 35 minutes to have it checked and aligned. Not a huge deal but something to work on.

I brought my truck in for a flat tire and rotation they were quick and prompt with the service but when I got my truck back the low tire light was still on because another tire just needed air but no one took time to make sure all the other tires were inflated properly so I had to leave the tire shop and air all the tires up to the proper pressure so that the light would go off you would think for almost $60 they could at least make sure all the tires where properly inflated when the vehicle left the shop and returned to the customer other than that they were on point

I really hate to complain about an otherwise good experience, but if I don't say something you can't fix it, and I really believe you want customers to be happy. So, here it is... my car interior is offwhite and there were at least three places with a partial (dirty) handprint of someone left during the service work. One on the pillar between front and back doors, can't figure out why, but there it was. It may seem like a small thing, but most people expect better. Okay, I cleaned it, but shouldn't have had to.

I was disappointed by the fact that they charged $25 and left the cap off my valve stem after patching my tire. They obviously didn't check my tire pressure as I specifically asked. My tires were 47 psi, 33, psi, 30psi, and 27 psi. They were friendly, but not very honest or accurate.

Had an appointment, verified by email, told no appointment in computer, but we get you right in. 40 minutes later my car was brought in ( oil change & tire rotation). Was informed my front tires were a 3 and rear were an 8. There was no record of tire rotations in computer, but I told them I had them rotated there before. Told me must not have since wear was so drastic on front. Made me very annoyed at their attitude about this . Was quoted a price for 2 front tires that were not in stock, that I did not ask for! So much for warranty on tires that have 26000 miles. So much for my continued support of Big O tires. Once you have employees with little or no customer empathy, I'm outta there!

One of the tires was mounted with the "inside"� legend facing outside. Will have to go back and probably spend more than an hour of my time to get this fixed

I went in to get a tire patched and no one was up front. I stood there for several minutes along with another customer waiting for someone to help us. A guy from the shop came through the area but didn't ask if we needed assistance. I then knocked on a door I perceived to be an office. Someone then finally came out to help us. They got my vehicle in fairly quickly. I then talked to another service writer about getting a new tire because he said the tire was unrepairable. He had no customer service ability. He was short about everything and didn't explain the differences in tires that they had. He just told me the prices and asked which I wanted. When I went to pay, I got the same treatment from the service writer. No politeness or courtesy; just a let's get this over with attitude. After leaving the shop I noticed he had added on an extended coverage charge that I never agreed to. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is the fact that they got it done quickly. The rest of the experience was dreadful.
