I was told a price the day before and when I went in to have the work done it was almost 100 dollars more. Then the balance on my tires were wrong and I had to take it to another shop to have it done right.

Terrible. The people are nice. Store is clean. But, I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, told them about issues with front end suspension, and alignment check. They kept my car ALL DAY told me they checked the front end and nothing was wrong. In addition to that they didn't even do an alignment check. Told me all I needed was the tires rotated. I picked it up and it still was riding rough. I had to take it to another shop to get the alignment AND have tire rotated and balanced again. I'm 99% sure they didn't even rotate and balance them. I will NOT be coming back. I have lifetime free rotation and balance and I'd rather pay someone who will actually do it and so I'd right. Terrible!

I was quoted $735 for brake repairs which I can't afford. I went to drive home and made it about 2 miles before the rear brakes were dragging so hard I had to stop, call and get someone to run me home for tools. I spent 30 minutes in the parking lot trying to get the rear hub off. Once off i was able to adjust the brake enough to drive it home. The next day i installed new disc brakes up front and adjusted the rear brakes properly. I did this for less than 30 dollars. I was charged $77 dollars for the "brake inspection" which I would like to see refunded. No I have not gone back to the store and won't for service. What I would like is for the truth next time. If you don't want to work on my vehicle just say so, you won't hurt my feelings. Ken

As always, your guys were great! I brought my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered me a free alignment check. My back tires need to be aligned. I was just a few days out of warranty and they did it for free! Great customer service Is the reason I keep coming back.

went in for bal. and rotate, had 2 nails, broke tires down, scratched both mag rims. and lost 2 of my custom valve stem caps, got plastic ones back. Poor attention to detail.

Had the best customer service experience at my local Big O Tires. This was my first time purchasing a new set of tires and was very nervous about it. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and recommending tires that fit both my budget and needs. He was I didn't feel pressured to pick a tire right away and when I did choose a tire, I was able to schedule an appointment for a day and time that worked for my schedule. Would absolutely recommend.

Poor first experience. Long wait to drop off and pick-up. Employee I dropped it off with, acted as if I was bothering him by being at the store. He also had trouble remembering what service i was asking him to have performed. Pricing for a replacement tire seemed very high, if I had the time i'm sure I could have found a more affordable price for the same tire. On a positive note, the tire had to be ordered but arrived promptly.

Had a blow out on one of my rear tire and your store had the best price I could find on my tires in the area so I scheduled an appointment to replace back tires, keep the good back tire and rotate the new tires to the front. Was told I needed 4 tires instead of just two because of inside wear on the front two, indicating an alignment issue. I had checked those tires the previous day myself and did not see any indication of any alignment issue causing wear. When I informed them I did not want 4 tires, I just wanted the two and the rotation and the good 5th tire, I was assured by a sales rep that would happen. As I was on my way to fayetteville for a class, I didn't have much time to check the work before leaving town. When finally had time to check the work, I was unpleasantly surprised with 3 issues. 1. Apparently the mechanic left my keys in the ignition, which blew out the fuse to my radio, making my drive to fayetteville annoyingly quiet. Thankfully I had an extra fuse on hand and fixed that issue without much hassle. 2. Although I was assured my new tires would be rotated to the front, this was not done. I was not told this would not be done. Apparently per DOT regs, they didn't feel comfortable rotating my front tires because of this inside wear and rotating them would be an implied approval of their condition. (I may just be sceptical, but I feel this was just an effort to sell me four tires instead of two. I'm not buying it because even though I was told that an alignment check was free, the diagnosis of inside wear was made without an alignment check ever being performed.) Okay, I get CYA, but I also get customer service. Who knows how long I would have driven on those tires thinking I had new ones on the front before realizing otherwise. I was blatantly told otherwise, and that grinds my gears. 3. Okay, the first two issues I can rationalize and understand. But this is one is just silly. When I checked my trunk to see if I was given my Michelin tire as I requested, I was greeted by a heavily worn out Dunlop tire. Pure carelessness. When i called about getting my tire, i was told an excuse abiut how they change "a lot" of tires everyday and there was just a "mix up". So now I have to make a special trip to bentonville during my finals week in fayetteville to get my tire, give back the dunlop tire and I still have to find time to rotate my tires myself. Very inconvenient. If it wasn't for being 40 bucks cheaper per tire than the dealership, I don't think I would be going back for service.

I was impressed at first, then disappointed. I was charged labor for a service the competition does not charge for. When I questioned it, I was told the corporate office makes those decisions and they cannot be changed locally. I know it's my fault for not getting a complete quote before making my decision, but I was not ready for that surprise. Big O will not be in consideration for my next purchase.

I had new tires put on my car. They told me I needed an alignment and when I went to pay the representative said the tech that ran the alignment was new and didn't know what he was doing so he had an experienced tech rerun the test and it was good. Why would you allow a tech that didn't know what he was doing run the test alone or not checked afterwards? I watched the tech back my car out and park, this took 3-4 minutes which was long. When I got in my car the bottom seat cushion had been adjusted which was not necessary for another driver to sit or drive the car and the radio had been changed and was loud. Later that evening the low tire pressure sensor turned on and the tire pressure was 28 instead of 34 like the other tires.

This my second time using this location. The first time was pretty decent. This time not so much. The poor attitudes of the employees was projected towards me the customer. They seemed put off in having to do their job. I have worked in this type job in the past and spent many hours in the tire bay working on several types of vehicles. There was an attitude by all top include the management that they had just soon i had not came in to have work done. This will be the last time I will attempt to utilize this location.
