This was my 1stpurchase of any kind at BIG O TIRES. VERY PLEASE WITH THE PRICE....THE TIRES....THE SERVICE. I think I have found a new place to get my service work done as well.

I had new tires put on my car. They told me I needed an alignment and when I went to pay the representative said the tech that ran the alignment was new and didn't know what he was doing so he had an experienced tech rerun the test and it was good. Why would you allow a tech that didn't know what he was doing run the test alone or not checked afterwards? I watched the tech back my car out and park, this took 3-4 minutes which was long. When I got in my car the bottom seat cushion had been adjusted which was not necessary for another driver to sit or drive the car and the radio had been changed and was loud. Later that evening the low tire pressure sensor turned on and the tire pressure was 28 instead of 34 like the other tires.

This my second time using this location. The first time was pretty decent. This time not so much. The poor attitudes of the employees was projected towards me the customer. They seemed put off in having to do their job. I have worked in this type job in the past and spent many hours in the tire bay working on several types of vehicles. There was an attitude by all top include the management that they had just soon i had not came in to have work done. This will be the last time I will attempt to utilize this location.

Even though I had pe booked my car for a minor censor replace ment . I still waited an hour and 15 mins before my car was even started on. What's the point of a booking system if it's not used. I will never go there again.

The day after my oil change my engine was making wears noise I found oil all over my engine. Oil was spilled during oil change and it was not cleaned up right. Left oil on my garage floor. It was a Big O mess. I went back and they tried to clean it up but it was still a mess.

I believe Daryl helped me during my entire process (whoever check me out at the end of my tire/oil change) and he was very informative and direct about price and the service. It was a wonderful change to have someone that direct so I had no surprises. I have another car that will need work that I will be bringing to this store and will continue to bring my Dodge back. Customer service was excellent and the staff was all very friendly! Thank you for all your help!

They do not reset my engine sensor. I am in the middle of nowhere and it comes on. Don't know if oil leaked or not? Then I have to go back in and have them reset it. I even asked them to be sure it was done. It wasn't! 2 strikes 3 u r out!

I got two new front tires put on and my tire light was still on so I asked the guy in the garage that was working why'd it'd still be on and he said "oh it's just a sensor issue probably new tires hasn't adjusted yet"� but my tires looked flat so I got my tire pressure gage out of my car and it was at 22PSI when it was suppose to be 32 PSI! So I told him they weren't aired up right and he said well you can always go to the gas station and fill them up. I just paid 200$ for tires to go air the. Up myself definitely not coming back

I have always been very impressed with the service but this past time I was very disappointed to find the black greasy substance all over the inside of my door and on my tan passenger seat.

I had an appointment at noon. Got there and checked in and told them I would wait on site. Then went to sit in the waiting area. After 45 minutes, got up to see what was happening, and the car hadn't been pulled in yet. Looked out in the shop, and everyone had gone to lunch. When guys finally got back from lunch, another 30 minutes before car was pulled in and up on the lift. Another 20 minutes before a tech even touched it. Then another 20 minutes before I got up to check again. At that point car was parked in the parking lot finished, but no one ever told me. It was a rotate and balance job. Not sure why you would set noon appointments if there won't be anyone there to work on it.

I brought my van in for an oils change balance rotation and alignment. I also had a low tire and wanted that checked. I know for a fact one of the tires had a screw in it and also have a cv boot leak as it had been diagnosed previously. So, I was wanting to know if it was time to have repairs done. I specifically asked about both things twice and was assured that thing looked good. Was not happy about that at all. Now I have to take it to somewhere else to get those issues taken care of.

Darryl Barker and his service team did a really great job taking care of my car I replaced all 4 tires they did not have in stock but went out of there way late in the evening and picked a set of tires up from near by store . I was there less time then I figured,friendly,experience,and did it right!!! Thanks
