Excellent service very friendly atmosphere

When I picked up my vehicle there was a big drop of oil the size of a quarter on the rear side of the vehicle and oily stains on my seat and center armrest. It doesn't appear that a protective seat cover was used. They said it took longer than expected because the technician dropped some oil container on the floor and had to clean it up. I'm not complaining about the time but the lack of care taken with my vehicle.

Had a nail in my new michelins.They got right on it and also rotated my tires and balanced.No charge for fixing the flat.Great service!

The only reason I'm going back is because I want the same tires for the rear. Every person I saw or listened to do business with you have to have a wheel alignment, EVERYONE which seemed so of fishy to me. When my tires were done no one came to inform me. I sat there about 30 min. after the work was complete. I will say that I was totally satisfied with the tires I bought.

The customer service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. The wait time was longer than anywhere else I have ever been. For that reason I would not recommend or return.

I appreciate the expertise and great, no-nonsense service I receive from Big O and the Bentonville location in particular. Anthony is a real asset - he is always informed, helpful and kind. I will say that other guys there might need to work on phone skills. Some have been very abrupt, practically hanging up on me. I know from meeting them that it isn't intentional, just a training opportunity. A bit more friendly tone, "thank you," etc. will fix it.

I was there for over 2 hours to get to steer tires put on my truck been around this type of work and business forever 30 minutes tops is all it should have took especially when I was told I was next in line.

Had appt for oil change at 0900 on 2-23-19. Arrived at aprox 0900, greeted by Daryl at lobby desk. Advised needed oil change, requested for oil leak to be inspected, tire rotate, balance and alignment. He stated vehicle should be ready before lunch. We left store. I called store at 0230, spoke with Steven, stated car was in end bay, head that way as they closed at 0300. We rushed up to store, spoke w Steven, vehicle still needed an alignment. We said we'd wait. While in the store, Daryl left VM on my phone staring he was concerned because they were getting ready to close. 1"� Daryl never stated closing time, I'm glad I called when I did. 2"� no info given on oil leak inspection . Pretty severe leak as rear main seal is pouring oil . 3"�6 hours to perform a scheduled oil change and tire maintenance ? Excessive. 4"�new oil change sticker was placed directly over the Oreillys oil change sticker the prior service dept used. Couldn't even remove old oil sticker on windshield? Great attention to detail! Hope the drain plug is in!! Pretty much our experience this time. Have dealt with Steven a few times in the past. Great service then.

Quick and easy.

I came in needing cheap tires for an old car... associate only offered me higher end tires. When I pushed later I found there was a less expensive option. Also, after "inspection"� they offered several other services that should not be recommended on a car the age and condition of mine. Overall a frustrating process.

Great experience and prices. Jamal was fantastic to work with.

the people in the office don't anything about oil brands

Everyone was very friendly. They helped me find the best product and value for my car. I would definitely recommend Big O Tire.

Every time I bring one of my trucks in there I leave in worse conditions this time I had my tires rotated and balanced and an alignment done on my ram 3500 dually now it bounces and wobbles more than it did when I brought it in and alignment pulls to the right.

I am please with the service I received. Everyone was courteous and professional.

The service team told me I had a wheel hub bearing problem and that was what was causing my excessive road noise. I thought it was my tires but they said otherwise. I picked the vehicle up and the problem has not been remedied. I just spent $460.00 for what they did correct the problem and if they would have road tested the car they would have come to the same conclusion.

So here is why I gave you a 5 Star and 4's. -Jamal is the only employee you have who actually remembers you and treats you like you are not a customer. He makes you feel welcome and that you are the most important person there. The others do not. You need more people like Jamal to make this an even better place. The point is if Jamal isn't working I don't go in because I don't feel taken care of.
