Big O Tires

3 hrs to do one tire sensor. I had two trucks to have done they only did one after 3 hrs. Very confused employees and talking very loudly about personal things very un professional. Wasn't impressed this was my first visit didn't leave a good impression. I was hoping it would have been a good shop it's down the street from my house. Don't know I'll be back.

As always they were friendly, provided options, gave me an estimated time and delivered.

Went in to have new tires installed, which went very well. I am completely satisfied with that. 30 minutes after the vehicle was taken in one of the service members came to me to inform me that the vehicle needed complete repair of the steering mechanism. The cost would be around $3500 for the repairs. When I expressed displeasure with this the mood of the service member changed from happy to be of service to me, to let's get this over with. When it came time to settle the payment for the tire installation, the price I was told to pay was much higher than quoted. I looked on the computer screen at the bill and noticed a charge for an alignment and a protection plan. I was told that an alignment was impossible due to the problems with the steering. When I pointed that out to the service member, his response was "Oh, that's right" and removed the charge. I was also never informed about a protection plan, it was just added to the bill. The service member said it was just part of the tire installation. I asked if it was included in the cost of the tires and he said "Ah, no" and removed it from the bill. I have since taken the vehicle to my own personal mechanic, whom I trust explicitly, and was informed that NONE of the recommended repairs from your shop were necessary. My mechanic was not informed of what I was told by your shop. I have no way of knowing if this is standard operating procedure with your store or this was an isolated incident, but my experience there was enough to not return.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a oil change and tire rotation done and it was at a great price as well. Unfortunately, I saw some awesome looking all-terrains and I think I'm going to have to upgrade the tires on my truck pretty soon! Thank you for the awesome experience!

Just tried to upsale multi year alignments, when I didn't buy the "problem"� suddenly went away.....told me I could buy some pins/bolts and fix. Waited 3+ hours for a tire oratorios and oil change and free alignment check. Both times I have spent 3 to 4.55 hours at this shop. Could spend same amount of time going to dealer in Springfield MO. At least there I could have a loaner car and be treated like I mattered.

An amazing staff that went above and beyond to help us with an issues with tires that were purchased from another store. I highly recommend!!

When appointment was made I was quoted a price of $42.95 for an oil change and $20 for a wheel balance. When I arrived, I was told the oil change was over $70 and I was charged $36 for the wheel balance.

Good customer service, worked in a very timely manner

I took my 2015 yukon in to have tires balanced, because I was going on a trip. I had to have another tire shop rebalance because my yukon shook on my trip.

Makes promises and don't deliver then says they will reflect it on price didn't see anything on price won't be going back oh and let's not forget the job is still not finished I will take it somewhere else though

Excellent service

After recently purchasing 2 full sets of tires from this dealer, with full warranty service, I pulled in to have them check a tire the computer said was low on air. After waiting over 30 minutes I checked back. Nothing was done and they couldn't tell me when they could get to it. Some warranty service. I doubt I will purchase more tires from them Very disappointed in their service.

I thought I needed a new tire, but was advised that the current tire could be repaired; that was then promptly taken care of. My truck was also veering left. I was informed that I need a new tie-rod; that was installed in a timely manner. My truck's engine also appeared to be spattering out a bit of oil from its top side. I inquired about that and was given useful advice. Very helpful service.

Things weee going great till the end!!! I had a piece of paper with original quote showed to salesman when I walked I. He took it and threw away and then when I got ready to pay I said this is not correct where is my original quote he said I threw it away and I said we'll find it...I even went through all trash cans and I don't know what he had done with it... He could never find it so I had to pay more than original quote that is wrong...I explained to manager and he said I did not understand and I totally understand what happened... If you want more detail call and I will explain...the quote was about 70 dollars off
