I had two new tires with leaks. The salesman saw a sale and once he heard I wouldn't be purchasing tires from big O service went downhill. I paid for one to be patched (patch failed by next morning) and the other had a very slow non-reparable patch. My tires are 22inch and we're new last spring. I asked if I could purchase two and he told me no the tread will be too different and be bad for my all wheel drive. The next day I took my vehicle to Sams club where the tires were from. They said the one with the nonpatchable leak was in brand new condition (no tread gone) and would be 100% replacement cost covered the other had a failed patch from big O and was leaking and needed replaced now too. The second tire was almost new and prorated and I only had to pay a small percent.

Friendly & knowledgeable from the moment I walked in the store! Everyone from the management team to the technicians we GREAT! And a tire store that's actually clean and well stocked with things you'd need for the time you are there.

I took in 3 vehicles in on Thursday, 1st went good until next day after driving 100+ miles away pulled over to check smell that vehicle was producing and found out cap was not replaced on oil fill, called manager and he said to bring it back in on Monday when I got back into town. They took it to local carwash, the outside looks good but engine compartment and wheel well didn't get touched, also had to ask if they checked oil level ,it was on the dipstick but on the low end. 2nd vehicle was done and I was called to pick up, waited for over an hour to check out but computers went down, so I took keys and told them the 3rd vehicle had to have tires ordered up and wouldn't be in until Friday. So we waited until 2 pm on Friday and then went to check up and pay for 2nd vehicle , there my wife noticed her windows down and told tires had just been delivered. We decided to take 3rd vehicle back to our house and bring it in the following week, due to going out of town in 1st vehicle to later find oil problem.

We went for oil change and alignment (for which we have a package) They couldn't do the alignment. They said they couldn't do it because of urgent that repairs be made, intimating that it was critical. When they found that they couldn't get the parts for a couple days and I couldn't leave my car they said "Well, I wouldn't put it off longer than 3 months. I took the car directly to a different mechanic who said that the issue Big O said needed to be fixed actually didn't need repair.

Had already had a pre alignment check and was coming back to get an alignment. Purchased the 5 yr. alignment after the sales person explained the last time what a good deal it was, as well as this sales person. I also needed. To ask a couple questions about a rebate on some tires we bought in February. Michelins. 4 of them. They were top of the line the sales person said, but great tires. Jumped in all the way and bought them with the 0 interest credit card and needed some help with the rebate. Two salesmen helped, but the main one not only helped me but got it ready for mailing for me!!!!! How's that for customer service! Love Big O. Can't believe we hadn't found them earlier! We're in our late 60's, but we'll refer people here and will be coming here from now on for sure! The other one checked me out.

The gentlemen that checked me in was not friendly at all. When my car was ready, he checked me out, didn't bother to go over the paperwork with me to explain anything. When I got in my car, the maintenance light was still on, had not been reset. There was grease all over the driver door, steering wheel, step panel and carpet. As of right now I still can't get the grease off of the step panel. Very disappointed in the service I received.

Came in 1 time before and way over paid. Then came in this time with a "free"� oil change gift card. Then they quoted me $16 for an air filter and tried to charge $30 at checkout. Then they told me that because my truck requires full synthetic that they could only take off $36. Walked out spending over $90 after coming in for a "free"� oil change. Won't be coming back even for tires

Took my car in because my tire light was on. First when I got back in my car to leave noticed my light was still on I went back the guy told me after driving 20 miles the light will go off. I got in my car to leave again noticed my key for my tire was not in my car went back to ask for my key. The guy gave me two keys it wasn't until a week later when I went back because my light was still on found out he gave me the wrong key.Long story short I had to go to Honda to correct the problem not only did they loose my keys for my tire they also broke the stem for my tire didn't tell me. MY car rim's was damaged as well. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM ANYONE.PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE THEY SUCK

The only thing I had a problem with was, I had to wait for counter help. No one is around the counters for help or to pay the bill. The guys were in the office area with the door closed. I think you need to install a bell or make it clear to your employees that not everyone needs to be in the office, at least one person on counter at all times. Poor management on your part in this area. I think you need someone that has management skills to run this business like myself, someone who knows how to handle customers and are friendly to your customers. Other than that the service is good, just need to have a better management.

Been coming to Big O for my tires never had any problems until yesterday September 16,2019. The guy who worked on my car lost my key for my tires and he had an attitude. I'm just so upset about this situation I will never go back

At the Bentonville location I have purchased tires, had oil changed, alignments, etc., multiple times for my wife's van, son's truck, daughter's car and my truck and have always had excellent service.

Bought 6 AT tires from Big O for my dually, and I had an alignment done, salesman told me come back in 3,000 miles to have tires rotated and alignment checked, and also I can have tires rotated (at no cost for as long as I drove on these tires) I drove away a happy camper.Around 2,000 miles I noticed a little cupping on the front tires so I want to get the tires rotated and alignment checked.Long story short, they told me that they had to start charging me for tire rotations, and that my alignment was way out of spec.I needed new ball joints and tie rod ends.After explaining to the salesman what I was told during the sale of the tires; he didnt charge me for the rotation (this time) and he needed to do the repairs before he could do another alignment.Needless to say I needed a second opinion.I paid another nationally well known tire and auto service center to check the alignment and look the truck over for repairs that might be needed.The truck came back with no repairs need, but to adjust the steering wheel.I could not believe what I was told and wanted to talk to the mechanic to verify he looked everything over.He said the front end on this truck is completely sound and solid, I make money by doing repairs and I would not recommend doing anything.It did cost me full price for the alignment, but felt better about dealing with this company.

Anthony was a great help on selecting tires for my Jeep. The appointment process online is an excellent way to set up service and the Big O team was waiting on my. I got a new set of tires installed in 1.5 hours!!! I am WELL PLEASED!

Got 4 new tires, on receiving my car noticed one tire read very low. Was told it was my tps. Took car home and sure enough said tire went flat.

I have been pleased in the past but this time was very unpleasant. one of the workers there was very brass and made an inappropriate comment to me with my daughter standing there. Thank goodness she didn't understand what he was saying. I don't believe I will be back. 2 of the men that I actually spoke to in regards to the working needing to be done on my car were nice the other one was a jerk, who obviously had too much time on his hand. Very unprofessional
