This was my first visit to Big O Tires and while your service attendants in the store were courteous and professional I still had to wait 5 hours for new tires to get mounted. I had a 9 o'clock appointment and didn't get out until about 2 pm. I was thinking about moving my business from Goodyear to your store but after my experience I'm not sure I'll be back. I can't wait around for 5 hours to have my vehicle serviced. I also use Mobil 1 full synthetic for my truck and your attendant said I would need to bring my own oil if I scheduled an oil change.

I had all four tires balanced and rotated on my pickup. Left the store, drove home < 4 miles... tire pressure for the four tires read on a digital gauge 37, 46, 55 and 61. Tire store not paying attention to simple things like air pressure would make me believe they don't do a good job at anything car related.

Treated me above and beyond excellent!! Store manager gave me a ride home while my dually was getting all 6 tires mounted and balanced.

I had a slow leak in my rear tire and I noticed while driving in front of this store. I stopped to see if they could work me in and when I entered the store there were two store employees talking about fishing and one associate that was asleep in the front chair. I waited for about a minute when the person asleep woke up and asked I needed something and I told him I had a leak in my rear tire. He entered my information and told me it would be about 45 minutes. I had already arranged someone to pick me up and I waited in the lobby. The associate walked back over to the chairs and went back to sleep while I waited. I wasn't sure why it would take 45 minutes since two employees were talking and one was asleep in the lobby. I picked up my car and went on a trip and while I was away my leak returned. When I got back in town I took my vehicle back to Norm's to have them look at it and they said that the tire had to be replaced because whomever tried to fix the tire before ruined the tire. I paid for road hazard when I purchased the tire so the tire was prorated and replaced or I would have been back to Big O asking for them to pay for the replacement. Needless to say I will not be back.

Ordered 2 new tires and was told they would be in the next day, ordered on Wednesday, tires didn't get there til Monday. Bought a new tpms sensor for my spare, checked it when I got home and it didn't work. Now I have to make another trip back to the store to find out why. I was told a story about how I had to drive the car for 20 minutes without using the brake which I know is false. I believe all they had to do was use their scanner but they just didn't do that. I'm not happy about having to make another trip back there. For all I know, they didn't even put a new tpms sensor in the tire at all. And by the way the sensor cost me 65 dollars

Your guys were awesome! The sales guy was very nice and explained everything to us in detail. Even took the time to tell us about the wheel lock key in our glove box (we knew what it was, but still thought it was great that he told us!) He even explained what they did with the alignment. I have never bought tires before and when I googled tire locations in NWA, you guys had the highest rating, and I can see why!

Took way to long for an oil change and then doing a rotation and strip studs on hub as well as damaging my just newly finished rims!

I appreciate the honest and clear information about the required needs to repair my vehicle. It now performs very well so the repairs were complete and done well. The negative attitude of the person who helped us when we came to pick up the car was unfortunate. His disrespect for his job and the company was sad and inappropriate. We experienced nothing that would indicate a negative working atmosphere.

Got there 1st thing in the morning with a flat tire got me out of the store within 35mins.

First of all, I was treated with terrible disrespect. I walked in and asked for. Nitto trail grappler in 375/45/22, which the worker told me didn't exist. I told him it does and I saw it online. And after a while I had to pull it up on my phone be he kept saying the tire size didn't exist. I asked for a tire rotation and oil change, but discovered after they only did the oil change and when I confronted them, they seemed to not care.

$25 to pull a nail out of a tire is rediculous. Why am I upsold every time I visit whether on service or tires? Soon to be in the market for new tires but NOT FROM BIG'O.

I bought 4 new tires. I was told the alignment wasn't necessary but they would do one for free. I would be next. They moved in a truck ahead of me. They were still working on it we I left. I came in the next day for my alignment and was told it would be $89. Alignments are always included with the price of the tires. The management said they would retrain the front desk crew on communication. They need to worry less about signing up customers for the company card and more on customer service. I got my free alignment per the manager but I will take my business elsewhere and will not recommend this store to anybody.

Daryl was the gentleman waiting on me. He got to me right away, and made sure I had everything I needed. He made sure I knew what was going to happen all the time.
