Needed 1 tire to replace a blow out. Other 3 tires had 12/32 tread depth still left on the tires and the clown working the counter told me I had to buy all 4 new tires. He never even checked my other tires, so how would he know? After getting his manager involved and his manager did his job for him, he confirmed I just needed 1 tire. Even with all wheel drive & the drive train sensors possibly being affected, that 1/32 tread depth difference wont affect my ride. He was looking for an easy up sale. They ordered my tire and made me an appointment. At that appointment, it wasn't busy at all. So I was think 10-30 min tops and I'd be out of there. They already had my rim from the previous visit, so they could have had the tire on the rim already & just placed it on my car and be done. Nope! Hour & a half to get 1 tire on. I finally asked how much longer & he said, "Oh, it's been done for awhile." Umm, what the hell? I am sitting right here. Why didn't anyone say anything? They'll try & scam you for more money & yes, I get that's their job. But customers avoid places like this because of reasons like that. I have another car that actually needs 4 new tires, but I'll shop elsewhere.

Horrible and unprofessional. My daughter took her car there to have one tire checked and was told it would be 2 hours. I called to discuss time frame and was rudely interrupted. I asked that he give the keys back to my daughter. She states the gentleman crumpled the ticket in her face and threw her keys down. Very unprofessional. I will never go nor will I ever refer anyone to Big O Tire. No wonder Norm Tires is #1. They got her in within 5-10 minutes and fixed her up less than 30. No comparison.

Showed up on Thursday to get a set of tires put on my work truck. The company I work for ended up paying for the five year alignment package. After they got the tires put on they told me I needed to replace the inner passenger side tie rod, the driver's side outer tie rod and driver's side lower ball joint. Did the work myself showed back up on Monday for an alignment and I was told my inner driver's side tie rod needed to be replaced and I was missing a sway bar. After waiting five hours they finally finished what was about an hour worth of work. I was not happy and will not recommend anyone to use this company or their services.

The customer service at this location is not good. An unprofessional environment and poor communication skills. I will not return to this location.

Unsatisfactory experience - purchased tires on my own and brought them to Big O to be mounted, balanced and have a 4 wheel allignment in May 2015. Brought the vehicle back for scheduled rotation and balance 2 days ago. Representative called to tell me that the car was badly out of alignment and needed additional work/replacement parts on the suspension. I questioned the rep that the vehicle had a complete allignment done 5,000 miles ago. The car drives straight and the wear on the tires is even. This didn't make sense. I refused the service. I assumed that the cost to mount and balance included lifetime rotation and balancing. Total charge including the allignment in May was $195.41 when the tires were originally mounted. When competitors do not apply a balancing charge on subsequent service when the tires are mounted (even for tires not purchased at their location) I incorrectly assumed that Big O was the same. To pay $50 to have the tires balanced each time is uncompetitive. I would never have had the tires mounted at Big O if I had been aware. However, I take full responsibility for not confirming the charge for balancing tires not purchased at your store. I commented twice to the representative who checked me out that I can pay less than $50 to have the tires rotated and balanced for the life of the tires at other competitors even though I didn't purchase the tires at their location. No response. After I paid the bill, "I guess I will not be coming back to have these tires rotated." The representative had no response. Based on the lack of confidence in the allignment service and the lack of response and communication regarding the charge for balancing tires not purchased at your store, I will not use Big O for service again.

Went into store due to damage to a tire. While there, I noticed customer service rep being much less than helpful or nice with another customer -- so much so I nearly said something aloud, recommending to the other customer another shop I knew that wouldn't have such a condescending attitude. I nearly walked out but regretfully didn't. Ordered tire. Was told I we would be called next day when it arrived. The next day, as it got late in the day and no call, we called the store. They wanted to know what tire I ordered. (??) I said I didn't know anything about tires and asked if they could see the tire specs on my account. The rep says, "Look -- I am starting from scratch here." (Yes sir! I work for you, my apologies!) . After rumbling around in the storeroom they said the tires were in and they could put them on. (What happened to the call promised the day before? We had been waiting around all day.) I ask, "can we come now and get them put on?". "Yes." We arrive and the clerk was surprised we were there, "it's going to be hours until we can put your tires on." (Then why did you tell me to come now?) So I find someone to pick me up while we leave the car. They do the service and I get a call simply saying, "you need a camber bolt" (no explanation of what that is, is it required, nice to have, etc.). I ask for an explanation and the person on the phone seemed annoyed I didn't know what a "camber bolt" was. I ask the cost and am told, "$15-20 for the bolt, about $20 to put it on.". I tell them to proceed. We arrive and find the bolt was $80 and $75 to put it on. We didn't argue but just paid our bill and will never be back. Too many red flags with us and other customers interactions we witnessed to risk another encounter with this store.

My 1st trip in was to have a rough country lift installed on my truck and I was happy with it however I had to go back in for suspension issues. I made an appointment and my truck was checked and warrantied parts were replaced but they never did an alignment which I asked for. I made another appointment because of similar issue and my truck sat outside and was not looked at. I attempted another appointment for suspension and to have a tire checked but again it sat outside. I had to call them to check on the status and they said the tire was good and ready to go. When I asked about the suspension the techs had no idea it needed to be looked at as their rep Darryl never told them about it. After they checked into it they said I needed the same lift parts replaced again and factory parts replaced totalling more than what it originally had cost to put on the lift. I personally spoke to Rough Country and not only were my parts warrantied but they also stated that they have not heard of these issues on my type of truck with their lifts. I will not be going back to them as I feel they only want to hurry and push your vehicle out of the bay with no quality to their work and get paid. Highly disappointed

I arrived at 8 am and left at 11:15. I had a scheduled appointment that was moved to Wednesday due to the tires not being in stock. I confirmed on Monday that the tires came in and was good for Wednesday at 8 am. When I arrived I was told that the schedule system was messed up and 7 people were scheduled at 8 am. I proceeded to wait for 3.5 hours. I had a scheduled appointment for 2 tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers to be replaced. Almost 400 bucks. Once I drove away the tire pressure light wouldn't go off and the oil change sticker was off by being under 4,000 plus miles. I drove for 10 minutes came back. No one acknowledged my existence and I stood in line. Once in line a ticket was written up and I had to wait. AGAIN. Absolutely horrid. The only shining light was Jamal. He processed me in and was kind and thoughtful. The guy running the place is awful. Might want to tell them NOT to talk about customers when customers can hear them. Y'all have a serious issue. Even though I got the warranty I will NEVER be back again. That's a shame. I also will tell everyone I know. You might not be lacking in business now but it will get around town. The guy who came in an hour and a half after me? They lost his ticket. INSANE.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Glenn and the rest of the team. They were able to get 2 new tires for my car from Springdale to the Bentonville location and repair my damaged tire within hours of my phone call to the shop that morning . Excellent customer service!

I came in for a allignment check and I asked if they knew if my freon was low. The person working on my car should of came out and explain the money break down before working on the car. I was not expecting the 70 dollar alligment and I was shocked to see the almost 200 dollar bill.

My visit was quick and easy. I had my oil changed with a free coupon. I was treated like I was paying for the oil change. I was greeted at my car, got the paperwork ready and got my car in and out in no time at all. I'll go back for the next one. The thing they didn't do was reset the thing that tells me when my next oil change is due.
