i had a apt. for lube , oil and filter and tire rotation. i bought my Michelin tires their. i parked , walked in and waited at counter for 15 min. while i heard people talking in office. Finaly one of the service people came in and barged in the office and told them they had customer. they then changed my oil. and i hope they rotated the tires but it does not show on receipt. and i left. once again no alignment check just like last time i was their. good thing is they didn't track oil into my vehicle this time.

Make sure you ask upfront the price of basic oil change, 2nd guy tried to charge me $35 more than the first guy quoted me. Tried to make me look like I didn't know what I was talking about not sure if it was because I am a woman or if that is just the way they do business. I had to take more of my time to prove what oil I had and how much their competitor charged me. They finally adjusted my price closer but still higher. I will never be back and suggest women especially do not do business with the Big O's on J Street in Bentonville. The hole oil change and ordeal took over an hour and a half.

Darrell charged me double for my oil change. 10 quarts of full synthetic oil when my truck has a capacity of 4.5 qts. Had to go back the next day and get a credit. They also got all my tire tread readings wrong. Jmale is great with customer service.....Darrell has a lot to learn. The operations of your shop need to be tightened up significantly.

I was not greeted coming to the store. Once I caught someone's attention he simply brushed me off and did not help me out. A second employee finally came in to the office and attended me. I rate your customer service to be lacking basic etiquette principals and poor managerial skills. I will not visit your store ever again.

I am in a related business, battery wholesaler, so I am very critical of service and product knowledge. You guys do the right thing and perform the service in a professional manner. Good Job! Pretty rude when I walked in, and didnt save updated phone number. Due to this, they kept the car overnight and didnt get a print out of alignment the first time I took my car. Took the car back the next day and they gave me a complementary

I sent my wife to big o as i have always been pleased by Jesse. However Rogers was closer for her. She asked for an alignment, Rotation & oil change While waiting the 2 managers had couple arguments which she heard! She was not offered free as alignment check, she didn't even get the alignment dhe asked for!

Myself and two other guys from work had our oil changed. All three of us experienced oil leaks. I took my car back and got it corrected. It was a bad seal gasket on the oil filter. This was last year. I just recently went back for a tire rotation and thought I would give the oil change another try. When I got back home I had a significant pool of oil below my car while parked in my garage. I checked the oil pan bolt and it was very loose. I could easily turn it with my fingers. I tightened it up and all is good. But I find it almost unbelievable on four visits, there were four leaks. This level of service quality also makes me wonder if I received the correct oil 5w-20w for my car.

Left my pickup to get my tires rotated and balanced and an alignment check. When I got home to Siloam Springs I noticed that the tires on the driver side had not been rotated and the other side had been. I went back the next morning to get the drivers side rotated and waited over an hour and finally told them to give me my keys and that I couldn't wait all day for them to correct their mistake. I will never be going back. Need some employees with a few people skills

Brake Fluid was overfilled, tire pressures were unequal and below manufacturer's specs, alignment was never checked even though I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup. The vehicle was dripping fluid on the ground at pickup, I believe this was brake fluid that ran out the top and onto the engine. Nothing that happened on this trip inspired confidence in me passing this vehicle to my wife and daughter for a 5 hour trip.

They charged me for the tire warranty and didn't even tell me until after they ran it through. I asked for a refund and got somewhat of a run around. Not the honesty I would expect. Likely I won't go back for my next set of tires. That ruined an otherwise good experience.
