My 1st trip in was to have a rough country lift installed on my truck and I was happy with it however I had to go back in for suspension issues. I made an appointment and my truck was checked and warrantied parts were replaced but they never did an alignment which I asked for. I made another appointment because of similar issue and my truck sat outside and was not looked at. I attempted another appointment for suspension and to have a tire checked but again it sat outside. I had to call them to check on the status and they said the tire was good and ready to go. When I asked about the suspension the techs had no idea it needed to be looked at as their rep Darryl never told them about it. After they checked into it they said I needed the same lift parts replaced again and factory parts replaced totalling more than what it originally had cost to put on the lift. I personally spoke to Rough Country and not only were my parts warrantied but they also stated that they have not heard of these issues on my type of truck with their lifts. I will not be going back to them as I feel they only want to hurry and push your vehicle out of the bay with no quality to their work and get paid. Highly disappointed

I arrived at 8 am and left at 11:15. I had a scheduled appointment that was moved to Wednesday due to the tires not being in stock. I confirmed on Monday that the tires came in and was good for Wednesday at 8 am. When I arrived I was told that the schedule system was messed up and 7 people were scheduled at 8 am. I proceeded to wait for 3.5 hours. I had a scheduled appointment for 2 tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers to be replaced. Almost 400 bucks. Once I drove away the tire pressure light wouldn't go off and the oil change sticker was off by being under 4,000 plus miles. I drove for 10 minutes came back. No one acknowledged my existence and I stood in line. Once in line a ticket was written up and I had to wait. AGAIN. Absolutely horrid. The only shining light was Jamal. He processed me in and was kind and thoughtful. The guy running the place is awful. Might want to tell them NOT to talk about customers when customers can hear them. Y'all have a serious issue. Even though I got the warranty I will NEVER be back again. That's a shame. I also will tell everyone I know. You might not be lacking in business now but it will get around town. The guy who came in an hour and a half after me? They lost his ticket. INSANE.

I came in for a allignment check and I asked if they knew if my freon was low. The person working on my car should of came out and explain the money break down before working on the car. I was not expecting the 70 dollar alligment and I was shocked to see the almost 200 dollar bill.

Everyone seems knowledgeable and polite at the Bentonville location, but the reason I continue to purchase tires and accessories, is Darryl Barker. That guy is awesome! He goes above and beyond with everything he does. I can only hope that he stays at this location for long time.

Not at all impressed with the customer service, communication, or the appointment scheduling. I hate feeling lied to and that is how I felt as I left completely unsatisied. I was told 45 minutes and waited over 2 hours to not have my services completed. I was told I could come back to have them finished. I will not return.

Came in with a front brake that kept locking up on rotor. Gave incorrect diagnosis. Said I needed to go to dealer to have them check ABS and Traction Contol computers/modules. Broke down driving to dealer. Had to be towed. Dealer looked at brake and determined in 10 minutes it only needed a new brake caliper. How can a tire and brake store not check a caliper when customer says brake is sticking?

I have buy two set of tires, one for GMC 2013 SIERRA and one for my Chevy Suburban 2003, but the costumer service is really chip and poor, also I have to buy Two tires for my daughter car Chrysler Sebring and when we have a little bit issues, people on the front desk they never take care us like good costumer.

well below average: We bought new tires at the Bentonville AR store; the service was less than shoddy they didn't take the time and care to ensure that the service they attempted to provide was thorough and efficient. They instead did a haphazard low quality no customer service job causing us to have to return with flat tires that could have been prevented with pride in service and quality service. When my wife returned for the second flat tire instead of the technicians addressing her situation and making any attempt to help her they instead laughed at her and yelled at her as if she was incapable to explain a vehicle problem. Once they decided to look into what was causing the flat tires they admitted the flats were caused by the same problem my wife had explained when she was ridiculed laughed and yelled at.I for one would hope that new business in NW Arkansas and in the same town as the world largest retailer could relize the people (professinal women) deserve and should be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism because you never know who they might be connected to. Prior to this last incident I'd purchased tires for my wifes vehicle and both of my daughters tires at the Bentonville location as well as some flat repair work. As a small business owner my self I understand what it means to have loyal repeat customers and you had that with me until your shoddy workmanship and disrespectful customer service. I will never use or recomind your business to anyone anywhere I'm embarrassed and appalled at the way you treat loyal repeat customs

They identified a problem immediately and brought my attention to the need for a motor mount. I knew there was a problem I just didn't know what it was. As often as Ford saw that vehicle, someone should have said something. I just hope the tires I purchased provide me with great all-weather, safe traveling for at least two or three years. I also hope that I will have good mechanical service in helping me maintain my car. It was a very good experience and I hope it continues.

Im a little dissatisfied with the customer service. A few days after getting my receipt I noticed that i was charged for some warranties that I never had the option of selecting.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment that I went in for on a Saturday morning without an appointment and they got me in and out in a couple of hours.
