In case you missed the obvious, I'm not pleased. This was our first experience with BigO and unless things change during the life of these tires, our last. Two major gripes: I went into this store on Monday to set up the purchase of a set of tires for my wife's Subaru. This was handled easily enough and I was quoted a price (Tax, title, merchandise and installation.....TOTAL). I paid the bill on the spot and set up an appointment for my wife on Wednesday. The Mrs. showed up on Wednesday at 1045 (15 early) and sat there for an hour and 45 minutes. Please tell me what good an appointment is? My time (her time) is just as valuable as BigO's or anyone else's. Unacceptable!! Period!! When her car was finally done, the paperwork was completed and she was informed that she still owed $25 and some change. Excuse me??? She didn't ask but no explaination was offered. Now, $25 is not going to break me, but this sort of stuck in my craw a bit. I called later in the day to get an explaination and was told it was a "keying" error when the original bill was calculated. Sorry, but where I come from, that called "your problem" and you eat it and move on doing a better job. I was offered a credit on my next purchase. Can I get that credit at Discount Tires? One final thing........If I need a credit card, or a financing plan, I'll ask.

Great tires and easy to work with: I was unsure how my tires were and Leland walked me through the process to establish that I needed new tires. He then provided options and let me decide which tires I wanted to buy.I'll be back for additional service.

Bought 6 AT tires from Big O for my dually, and I had an alignment done, salesman told me come back in 3,000 miles to have tires rotated and alignment checked, and also I can have tires rotated (at no cost for as long as I drove on these tires) I drove away a happy camper.Around 2,000 miles I noticed a little cupping on the front tires so I want to get the tires rotated and alignment checked.Long story short, they told me that they had to start charging me for tire rotations, and that my alignment was way out of spec.I needed new ball joints and tie rod ends. After explaining to the salesman what I was told during the sale of the tires; he didnt charge me for the rotation (this time) and he needed to do the repairs before he could do another alignment.Needless to say I needed a second opinion.I paid another nationally well known tire and auto service center to check the alignment and look the truck over for repairs that might be needed. The truck came back with no repairs need, but to adjust the steering wheel.I could not believe what I was told and wanted to talk to the mechanic to verify he looked everything over.He said the front end on this truck is completely sound and solid, I make money by doing repairs and I would not recommend doing anything. It did cost me full price for the alignment, but felt better about dealing with this company.

The only thing was the sales associate said they called us but we never received the call. He said he called at 7:30am. We called to check on it at 12:30 to see if it was done. Maybe it was a glitch on our end that we didn't receive the call but I do think they should have tried again in the 4 hours. Overall, happy with the new tires! Thanks!

I have been pleased in the past but this time was very unpleasant. one of the workers there was very brass and made an inappropriate comment to me with my daughter standing there. Thank goodness she didn't understand what he was saying. I don't believe I will be back. 2 of the men that I actually spoke to in regards to the working needing to be done on my car were nice the other one was a jerk, who obviously had too much time on his hand. Very unprofessional

Great customer service! It's so nice to go into a clean store, be helped, get what you need and out in a timely manner. This is the second vehicle I've taken in to have tires put on. Getting in to have them rotated and balanced is super convenient. I will NEVER go back to firestone again! Big O is everything Firestone will never be. Great job, keep up the good work!

I had a 8:00AM appointment for front end alignment and rotate tires , 4.5 hours later I called my wife to come and pick me up from job. We picked up the car at 5:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day. You don't have enough technician To handle the work!

We took a extremely low mileage 2001 S10 Pickup in for a wheel alignment. They told us it would take around 2 hours so we went to lunch. After about an hour we got a call from Michael. He said we needed to have a wheel bearing packed and we needed to replace the idler arm on the truck. The cost was going to be around $500. We had already had the brakes done by another shop and they had given the truck a close inspection including bearings, steering and suspension and found no issues. We declined to spend the money and Michael told us that he could not warranty the alignment unless we did. We told him to do the alignment without guarantee and he said he would have it ready in 10 minutes. We paid for lunch and when we arrived we found that nothing had been done to our truck. An hour and a half wasted. We then took the truck to Firestone where the identified none of the same issues, which we told them about, and completed the alignment in about an hour. Oh, and when we picked up our keys from Michael, a woman came in for service and she was asked if she had been in before. "Oh ya, she said, you've done my wheel bearings, tie-rods, shocks, struts and a bunch of other stuff." Makes us wonder if she originally came in for an oil change. Beware. This is pretty close to extortion if you don't have a new car to take in.

The service I received was above average. At the time of the visit the service techs got really busy with an overload of customers, but were able to do the work on my vehicle as quickly as possible. I am greatful for the service I received.

In sum, after 3 visits to your store, though my tires ended up costing $48 a piece, I ended up with a $400 plus bill. First, last week I showed up two days during the 7'o'clock hour (one day 15 minutes before 7) to get in and get a warranty evaluation. Both times I was told the manager was just right down the road. The first time, it was around 7:30am. I was told the guy was down the road but stuck in traffic. I couldn't wait and left for work. The second time I showed up to be there when the doors open. Again, I was told he was right down the road. So I waited. By 7:15am, I left a note for him and left. He called me back at about 10 minutes to 8am. I told him he was hard to catch. He said he usually comes in around 8am. I told him that was clearly not the message I was given by the staff that was there during the 7am hour. Otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to catch him during then. We agreed I'd come in some time later. The third day I showed up around 11am . . . to make sure he was there. He was just leaving to drop off a customer but it was a quick turnaround. He did a quick evaluation of my tires, while bashing the dealership I usually go to, and then took me to work in the shuttle. That shuttle vehicle smelled like smoke so badly I was afraid I would walk back into work smelling like smoke. I asked about a pickup and he said he'd try to get to me. I was uncertain if he would actually be able to come pick me up . . . as the impression he gave me is the shuttle is just kind of an "if we can" thing but not really something that is a priority. If that is the case, it probably shouldn't be something you market (that dealership he was bashing has a dedicated shuttle service). He was able to pick me up though. When he called me to give me my results, he told me a warranty was approved for me to get new Michelin Defenders for $48 per tire. That's $192. Great! But then he starts talking to me about this additional warranty that will allow me to get the flats fixed for free and free rotation. So I let him sell me on that for $17 a tire (around 70 bucks with tax). My problem with that is he neglecting to mention the new tires come with a free rotation anyway. I only found that out after getting my receipt and seeing it there! So he calls me back again and asks me if I wanted an alignment too which was another $75. I believe I needed one and don't think that is a bad price, but it felt like a hustle. Like he purposely didn't mention it during the first call even though he knew it was needed. A part of me also was wondering if it was even something they should charge for or if it was something that would be priced into your deal with Michelin for the warranty reimbursement. It just didn't seem quite right, especially after the additional warranty hustle. With taxes and a high labor cost, just to put on some tires, there comes my $440. Basically, my concerns are: 1) The waste of time for showing up during the 7am hour when all they had to say was the guy doesn't come in until 8am (what kind of manager isn't there when the doors open?), as opposed to always "just down the road." 2) The smelly shuttle. 3) The guy hustled me into paying for your warranty by leaving out the fact that I would have free rotation even without it. The whole outfit just came off as unprofessional. I am concerned enough about my experience that I am not sure if I even want to go back there to get my free rotations done, and am considering just going back and to the dealership and letting them do it. I'm all for finding another option than the dealership, but had concerns about the unprofessionalism of your service and hustling me into extra charges.

When I arrived, there was no one inside to help me. I waited for a few minutes to wait for someone to come into the lobby to help me. After about 5 minutes. I peeked into the office to see someone in there with their headphones in on full blast. I waved and couldn't get his attention. I was loudly trying to get his attention and he didn't hear me. I had to walk into the office and touch his shoulder to get him to help me. I do not feel as thought this is good service at all. It is not appropriate for the only person working to be in the back office with both headphones in. I am not going to go back here again.

I went in for a flat fix at 745 and didn't leave there until after 9 am to start off. Then when I did get my vehicle back the air pressure was not set correct. The only thing that went ok is the guys at the front desk were at least friendly. I dont know what the reason but I usually go to the big o in Springdale and don't seem to have issues with the services there

Went to get tires and alignment, tires were to expensive and so I didn't get them and they still did an alignment for literally no reason. I don't have knowledge on cars and stuff and they would've told me it was a waste of a money to align my tires on there when I was leaving to go get new tires. They just wanted my money. And I'm not happy at all. Very displeased I'll never go back or recommend big o.
