I visited the Bentonville location, needed my back tires rotated and they couldn't figure out how to charge me for just 2 tires being rotated (at first they tried charging me for 4). Then the guy that rotated my tires scratched my car while trying to slide the jack under it. Then they didn't offer me a free alignment check (they have a big sign saying if we don't offer a free alignment then you get a free oil change) when I asked about that sign they said their mechanic isn't in today. Sounds like they need new management or something.

I have several items to discuss 1- The manger or personnel was very unprofessional 2- I know there is a sign in the window reading not responsible for damage on custom wheels, but the techs have to be professional enough to know how to put a center cap on properly so it will not fall off. I lost one the day of receiving my service and lost this past week. 3- I brought another vehicle in had 4 tires put on and requested to have tire sensor replaced. The tire sensor light never went off, so the employee told me to drive it for a few miles and it would go off. So I did. It never went off. I brought it back in to have it tested and come to find out it was never replaced. Nobody knows what is going on at this branch.

Took Jeep in for rotation and rebalance on one tire that weights came loose on. They put new weights on sideways and did it clean adhesive. Looked terrible and were loose. Mgr. made excuses so I asked for service contract refund and received it. No efforts to remedy offered to me. After leaving and taking wheel off at home to fix it, discovered they'd also stripped one lug and stud. Incidentally, I am the Chief at the city police department and we have been using this store for PD cars, with mixed results. Based on this experience and previous issues with tires mounted backwards and hub covers not installed properly we will not use Big O again. Additionally store tried to stack my Jeep weights 3 high. Unbelievable.

They didn't have my correct size tire, so they sent me to a competitor and then put them on my truck for a discount.Fantastic group over there.

I had tires installed today and when I arrived home I noticed my passenger splash guard was missing and the black undercarriage barely attached. Further, I asked my service advisor to inspect my rotors since I had a noticeable vibration at stops that did not happen. You would think since I left my vehicle with the shop all day and they had the tires off, they would check this. Now I have to spend my Saturday morning back at this shop to correct it.

They reset my oil reader to 3000 miles. I was told by the gentleman that helped me it was 5000 miles. I could not rest my oil gauge The service was extremely fast!

I went for a tire rotation and balance, I think I got my tires balance but definitely I did not get my tires rotated, I did not go back to the store and argue about the problem because I'm pretty sure your mechanic whoud it denied,I will never go back to any Big O Tires locations.

I needed a radiator flush. I threw in an oil change as a bonus, I got the bonus but no radiator flush. It was over 2 hours for an oil change. Now you tell me why I should come back.

My car was squeaking every time I hit a bump or weight transferred. Brought it in for an estimate and I was told I needed new shocks and struts and an alignment. Came back a couple months later to have the work done after I had saved up the money. And after I had the work done they told me I was all set and the car was safe to drive. However, as soon as I drove off, the squeaking was not fixed and it was just as bad. Apparently they didn't test drive it after changing the streets and aligning . Brought it in the next day and they told me that the control arms were bad. Although new control arms had been done less than a year ago. I was given free parts and labor, which was great, but I am not convinced that I needed new shocks and struts or control arms to begin with. And I don't see how the alignment was done and if the control arms were bad and that wasn't noticed at the time of the alignment. The problem still exist and they couldn't diagnose what it was. I now have to find a different mechanic to find out what the problem is. In the meantime I feel as though I am driving and unsafe car. And a hubcap fell off sometime after I drove the car away and I have no idea where it was. I don't feel as though it was put back on properly because it has never fallen off before. I hate complaining, but I felt compelled to say something because money is extremely tight for me and I don't have any to waste and I feel that is what has happened

I walked into Big O Tires about a month ago, explaining that I didn't know anything about car mechanics and that I didn't know the language, but that all of my brake lights went out at the same time, and I thought it might be an issue with a fuse. Two different employees ignored me saying this and proceeded to charge me for an expensive diagnostic, which would have been fine if they had actually solved the problem. But they didn't. They changed two lights, not the brake lights mind you. I was there for several hours and had to leave for work. I left, got home, and noticed that my headlight was out, which was not out before. It took another TWO VISITS that week to finally get my lights fixed, along with the brake lights. On my final visit, after being there for two hours, an aloof employee approached me and said "something is wrong with your fuses." Which is THE FIRST THING I said when I walked in to the place 2 visits prior. I was charged over $350 for everything done to my car and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I do not trust a single word any of your employees said. I believe I was ripped off to the worst extent. I will not only never return, I will actively tell people never to go to your establishment.

I took my wife's car in to have her tires rotated and balanced due to a vibration she was having. We bought all four tires for her vehicle from Big O previously (two at one time and two at another time). I received a phone call several hours later stating there was an issue with one of the tires. The attendant stated it was a "wheel hop" and that the two older tires needed to be replaced. I explained that it hadn't been that long since we bought that set of tires (about 40,000 miles, with us expecting to get about 60,000 miles out of the tires). The attendant stated we would need to discuss the warranty with his manager, Anthony, upon our arrival at the store. The attendant then called me back requesting we bring the invoices showing that we had purchased the tires from Big O (do they not keep their own records??). Upon arrival at the store, I politely greeted Anthony but, in return, Anthony was very rude and unfriendly. He looked at our invoices and then proceeded to explain the reason the tires needed to be replaced so soon was because we did not purchase all four tires at the same time and could not reasonably expect to get good life out of the tires because they don't wear evenly. As I tried to ask questions, Anthony continued to be condescending and rude. After finally agreeing to purchase two new tires (only because they gave us a prorated rate for the two tires they were replacing), we left and they stated they would call us once the car was ready. Since this was a Saturday, the store was set to close at 3. We received a call around 2:55 stating the car was ready. We arrived a few minutes after 3 and i asked Anthony if he had taken the car back out to test drive it in order to ensure the vibration was gone. Anthony acted shocked that i would expect this (even though that's why we brought the car in to begin with). He stated, "no, but I guess I can. I'm just trying to get my guys out the door." Then to top it all off, I asked Anthony if they put our lug nut key back in the car. Anthony's response was "it should be in there, if not, come back in and see me." As I was walking to the car to leave, Anthony calls out to me stating he found the lug nut key in the shop. We have spent a lot of money on tires at this store, not only for my wife's car but also for my truck. We also were planning to purchase tires here for my camaro in the coming months. However, we will never give them any more of our money. I'm not even sure I'll go back to allow them to do the free rotation and balance that comes with the tires we purchased. They have poor customer service and honestly, I just don't trust them! Update: After leaving Big O that Saturday and replacing the tires, at their suggestion, there was still a significant vibration occurring with the car. I returned 4 days later asking them to check the balance since the car was still vibrating at highway speeds and around highway corners. They checked the brakes and rotators, all of which were fine. They stated they rebalanced the tires and all was fixed. When my wife went to pick the car up, they made a rude comment asking why she was driving 65 mph around corners (she was driving that speed ON THE HIGHWAY). Then, upon driving home on the highway it was apparent the car was STILL VIBRATING and had not been fixed. We were finally done messing with Big O so we took the car to the dealership where they discovered the problem- the two front wheels were bent. The dealership stated that either Big O wasn't paying any attention when they were balancing my tires or they simply didn't give a damn. The dealership stated it was obvious that both wheels were bent and the problem should have been caught when they had it on the balancing machine and before they ever tried to sell us new tires.

I made the mistake of purchasing a set of Nittos and paying for them upfront. I was told yesterday when I purchased the tires that I would receive a call this morning to get these on my truck today, which was the only reason I bought them in the first place since I'm going on a long road trip Friday. I waited all day and called the store back in the afternoon since I didn't receive a call this morning. I found out that the tires would not be in today so I would have to wait until Monday. I was given the option to pay an additional $140 to have them arrive on Friday. I was caught off guard that I would have to pay extra to get tires on my truck a day after I was initially told I would have them. I decided to have my money refunded. I enjoyed the service that I've had in the past up until today. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back.

I went in for a specific tire and they only had three of the four left in stock. Anthony went ahead and got the shop started on the three while he drove to Springdale and back for the fourth. I was done in just over an hour and they look great. Thanks guys!
