We went in initially to have a vibration fixed. They told us we needed new tires. We bought new tires and left. Still had a vibration. Took the car back three days later to have them look at the vibration again. They said it was fixed. Left and there is still a vibration. So, now I have to take time out of my day a THIRD time to take it back up to have the vibration fixed. We are so fed up with this situation!!

I told them what I wanted, they checked everything and let me know I had alignment issues. I only had enough for 2 tires so they set me up and let me charge the entire service. Was overall very satisfied.

On 2 separate occasions. First I took my Ram 2500 diesel in for tire rotation, fuel filters, and an oil change. Mid service the advisor told me I needed a new ball joint of the front driver side, and there was a lot of play in it. However when I asked to see it, the mechanic could not replicate the issue. When the service was complete I went to pay the bill and it was much less than usual, so I questioned that to ensure the work I needed had been performed. At that time they told me they could not replace the filter on the chassis due to not having the right tool. Even though I've had the same filter changed at least twice at the same shop. When I questioned this, another service advisor poked his head out of the office with no intention of solving the issue and was so rude I decided to take the remainder of my business elsewhere. I will not be back. Second, my wife took her car in for just an oil change. After getting in her car all of the service lights were on on the dash. Items where on that weren't worked on, and weren't on prior to going to the shop. When she went back in, and they brought the mechanic in, he was a complete ass telling her she didn't know what she was talking about and he's been doing this for 20 years blah blah. To the point he made her cry. My opinion is we should have never gone back to Big O tires after the first issue, and now I know we definitely won't go back. There are some serious issues on performance, customer service and professionalism that need to be looked into.

The Scottish gentleman was very courteous and help get me setup for the service. The gentleman that did the 5 tire rotate and balance resolved a wobble that I was having at 45 miles an hour and also asked where I had the last balance done since they counter weighted the tires and they didn't need it. Everyone that came into the facility were greeted and the gentleman taking orders were very nice.

They could not have cared less if I returned

Amazing, they really took care of me and made appropriate suggestions. They showed me my air filter, which the last tire place missed (discount tire in Texas). I was able to replace it. Great job!

In case you missed the obvious, I'm not pleased. This was our first experience with BigO and unless things change during the life of these tires, our last. Two major gripes: I went into this store on Monday to set up the purchase of a set of tires for my wife's Subaru. This was handled easily enough and I was quoted a price (Tax, title, merchandise and installation.....TOTAL). I paid the bill on the spot and set up an appointment for my wife on Wednesday. The Mrs. showed up on Wednesday at 1045 (15 early) and sat there for an hour and 45 minutes. Please tell me what good an appointment is? My time (her time) is just as valuable as BigO's or anyone else's. Unacceptable!! Period!! When her car was finally done, the paperwork was completed and she was informed that she still owed $25 and some change. Excuse me??? She didn't ask but no explaination was offered. Now, $25 is not going to break me, but this sort of stuck in my craw a bit. I called later in the day to get an explaination and was told it was a "keying" error when the original bill was calculated. Sorry, but where I come from, that called "your problem" and you eat it and move on doing a better job. I was offered a credit on my next purchase. Can I get that credit at Discount Tires? One final thing........If I need a credit card, or a financing plan, I'll ask.

Just bought a set of new tires and everyone was great, from the salesman to the shop techs. They dropped me off and picked me up from work so no inconvenience of waiting around.

My first visit was for a tire repair. The tech was new and sanded the tire to much causing it to be unrepairable so the mgr offered to buy me a new tire but instead I offered to buy a full set and let him take care of it. His management style and customer service will make me a repeat customer for sure.

I purchased a set of tires almost a year ago and go in for regular rotation and balances. The team is very accommodating and never pushy to sell you things you can afford or don't need.
