Big O Tires

I felt like a queen, Kurt greeted me at the door, found me the tires I needed, had the guys change them (and they were quick). I found out why my tires were going bald so fast, so Kurt did alignment on my car. It has never driven so well before. I will tell all my friends about you guys. Great, honest, and fast service.

2 hour wait time but they got me in and 4 new tires in less than 2 hours. nice clean waiting area.

We hit a pothole while traveling through Fayetteville. The tire was ruined and your technician discovered that a couple other tires had uneven wear on the inside of the tires. They were able to get our tires replaced and back on the road.

My vehicle was taken in at the appointment time and even though the work took a bit longer than expected the tire was fixed at the price I was told

Went in for a slow leak in tire. They found a self tapping metal screw without head in tire. Removed and repaired tire. Now I will not have to fill the tire every week when the tire sensor told me low air. During the multi point inspection they also found my rear tires where out of alignment (toe out). They said that the alignment would improve tire wear and additionally give me better gas mileage. I had the alignment done now waiting to see if in fact it improves my gas mileage.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they were very informative on any maintenance my car needed, and did a good job on the oil change.

Made an appointment and had already applied for a credit card online. Arrived staff was very friendly, got my truck in right on time and went to work! Shortest amount of time I've ever had to wait to get 4 tires replaced and an alignment check. Have already been telling people to go to go to Big O when they need new tires! I will be back

I had a slow leaking tire. They got me in and out quickly even without an appointment. He people are always friendly. I am glad they are my main shop for all my cars.
