Sales associate took the time to show me many different tire options even though he knew I wasn’t buying any that day

I had to ask the store employee to tell me the 32nd rating on my tires after I had an alignment. This should be on each paper so the customer can keep track of their tire quality.

Was greeted promptly by a friendly staff member. They were busy but I had my tires rotated and balanced and my oil changed in about 65 minutes after I arrived.

Got a set of tires and alignment. Called me inside of 1 1/2 hrs. Fast, reliable service.

Very professional, polite, upfront communication about all costs involved, clear estimate of time for part delivery, clear explanation of procedure involved, great communication, called and told me estimated arrival of part and called back when part had come in, even offered to give me ride home if needed when problem was first diagnosed so I could leave car overnight. All around great experience.

I asked to get my tires balanced. After more time had passed than what I expected, I could see they were under the hood and they hadn't even pulled the wheels off the truck. I had to ask one of the workers to find out they were performing a 21 (or was it 121) point inspection. I did not need this on my 78 model pickup, I did not ask for it, and I did not have time for this. It wouldn't pass a 1 point inspection. I told them that I only wanted the balance performed and they started on that, finally, but now I'm running another 45 minutes behind. If you want to run a good shop in this town, your guys will need to listen to your customers and do what they ask. And they need to understand that there are people in this world who value their own time. These are the types of things that stir distrust
