Big O Tires

Previous places I had put tires on would hot rod my truck right in front of me and they would take 5 hrs to change 4 tires. I went to Big' o to have my brakes checked. When they treated my truck the way I would and were very friendly I was sold on their service. Because of their good service I choose to purchase tires of which I am very happy with.

They have always taken care of my car and me. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.

The front staff and my mechanic David Harvison were the best and got my car fixed in a very timely manner and the whole process was amazing!

The manager, Glen, was outstanding! He managed his people, physically worked as hard as his people and handled a disgruntled customer like a pro. The customer was upset with having to wait and began cursing. Glen immediately stepped in and politely and professionally explain the situation. Glen offered excellent customer service and while the customer was behaving like a complete fool...Glen was calm and professional. Most importantly he stood up for his employee (who had nothing wrong) and he stood up for all the other customers by keeping the situation calm and professional. I will definitely go back to his store!

Great customer service. Called made an appointment. They made sure the tires I wanted were on hand. Got a quote that was accurate and what I paid. They honored my appointment time. I waited in the lobby. They had me out the door in an hour and a half. I checked the tires I purchased with Consumer Reports recommended (Highly Rated) as well as cost comparing them with other tire dealers. Big O was the best price. Highly recommend BIG O.

This location is the cleanest and most efficient that I've experienced. From the lobby to the waiting area to the mechanical bays, it's spotless. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Been coming here for about 2 years. Honestly I have taken my car everywhere you can think of but this is the cleanest location and has the absolute nicest staff. I brought my care in for multiple issues, new spark plugs, new coil packs, new oil pressure sensor, timing sensor & an oil change. I left my care and it was done overnight and well under the price Cadillac quoted me. The car has NEVER RAN BETTER and what keeps me coming back is people like Chase, he knows me and my car by name and by now I know I can trust their recommendations. They are not pushy, just let me know what they recommend and always take care of it within 1 visit. My car honest to goodness runs BETTER than it did when I bought it used in 2015. They will text me if I miss a call and allow me to text them back with what other repairs I may think of that I want to get done. I cant imagine getting any better service and value for my vehicle. I have started having my girlfriend do all her service here too and she is as happy as I am. Thanks Big O, appreciate all you guys do.

even though i wanted a different brand of tire than what they offered they did order one from somewhere that they could have to put on my car.

The guys made it easy to get what I wanted and had a clean waiting area. Pointed out an issue I wouldn't have known about and got it fixed at the same time.. The check out process was fast and way as well.
