Big O Tires

All the staff were very professional and curteous, the whole place was immaculate.. I chose Big O tires after seeing all the positive reviews They explained to me in detail exactly what my car needed and what was not. and the cost. I dropped my car off at 7 am and they drove me to work in their shuttle truck. I never felt presumed to have more work done. I have found my auto repair place and highly recommend them. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

My wife had a nail in the tire so I sent her to get it fixed since we bought new tires here. They not only fixed the tire but rotated the tires as well

I was made aware of excessive and uneven wear on all 4 tires which was not addressed at either of my prior 2 tire rotations at Big O in Frisco, CO nor at the the preceeding tire rotation at Big O in Pueblo, CO. This ware was felt to be secondary to poor alignment and this was not mentioned at any of the 3 preceeding rotations! As a consequence, I needed 4 new tires and your location in Fayetteville was very reasonable, professional, and knowledgable in helping with this purchase and in helping with an alignment package. Special thanks to Chase Ellison and Moses Ramirez at that location. They restored my faith in your company!

We arrived at Big-O one hour before they closed. We needed an oil change and a tire rotation. They were able to put two service man on the vehicle and we got both the oil change done and the tire rotation and an alignment check all within about 30 minutes

I was there for awhile but they were extremely busy although i had made an appointment and didn't get my truck in for 50 minutes past my appointment. I think that is a rare case and will give them the benefit of the doubt. They were very friendly and gave me a good analysis of my truck (even a carfax of what has been done even though they didn't have to do that) and a good solution to my vehicle's issues as well as future recommendations what needs to be done. I will be back there for oil changes for now on, especially since they rotate my new tires every time. I will also bring 3 other vehicles in for service as well as recommend them.

Originally I just bought tires, they recommended a lesser cost tire that came with a flat warranty for the type of use I would need. Due to my job, I had to have my front end replaced. I brought these guys an entire after market front end replacement, expecting them to tell me they couldn't do anything for me. What I got instead was truly extraordinary! They took my parts, shaved off a TON of labor, and kept me in the loop the entire way!! I NEVER take my car to be worked on, because I dont trust them, you always need new, more, latest high end parts! These guys are super genuine, and even when I didn't have one part correct, they made it work and told me what I needed!!! I only had 1 day I could spare for car work and they got me in and made my jeep work better than I could've ever dreamed! I HIGHLY recommend these guys for any front end or tire work you need done!!
