He made me feel like a valued customer and took the time to go out of his way to call the foothills store for me to look up service history since I forgot to put my receipt back in the glove box. I had a warning message about Servicing the Battery Service System. I had an appointment I had to make and was pressed for time. The diagnosis of the problem did not take long. I was thrilled that a new, replacement battery was in stock and it did not take long to put in. I was able to keep my appointment. I was disappointed, however, to see that AMEX cards were no longer accepted at Big O. I was lucky I had another credit card with me, because AMEX is my main card of choice.

We were so grateful for our experience here. We got in right away and the guys at the front were beyond helpful and kind. I could not have had a better experience and I feel happy knowing my car is ready for a cross country trip!
