Big O Tires

JOSE NUNEZ, MANAGER KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

purchased tires over the phone on Friday 08-20-21, not in stock was told would be in on Tuesday 08-24-21. was called on Tuesday tires were in. They do not make appointments was on first come first serve basis. Drove in on Wednesday 08-28-21 at 8:30am and left car. Was called at 1pm, car service complete. Picked up car. This is my first set of Big O tires and am hoping they last and perform as well as the name brand tires I've had thru the years.

timely assistance from discovery of a cacti spine in a nonpatchable area of my tire to ordering and delivery and ultimately the tires being placed---all done with the minimum of worry and time----I operate a self employed studio where I travel to my students and I was professionally handled and back on the road quickly with no worries

I was able to select the tires I wanted online and called BigO and was told my tires would be delivered the next day. They were delivered while I waited to have them installed. Jose Nunez was very helpful and courteous as Mike McClure was also. The bathroom was very dirty. They even checked to see if I needed a wheel alignment which I did not and did not charge me for their efforts. I appreciate that service! I will be back! Rick

I had gone to another tire store and they tried to scam me with unnecessary repairs. BAD mistake! I worked as a line Technician for 30+ years. My mistake was going there in the first place. At Big O in Sahuarita, I was greeted by the owner, Mike Mcclure, who treated me with respect and compassion for my previous mistake at the "other" tire store. The crew changed 4 tire and aligned my truck in less time than promised, at less than the price I expected. Mike has an excellent staff that go the extra mile to take care of their customers. The company I work for bring their vehicles there for tires and service. NOW I know why. If you're tired of getting ripped off by the other guys, god see Mike at Big O's He''l treat you right at a reasonable price. Thanks Mike and his crew!!! Job WELL done!

Mike, Your team (Gordon, Juan, and others) have always done an excellent job whatever the need was from new tires,oil changes, alignment, or simply recommendations for service and I never go to any other location for service. How do I focus on the quality of an oil change..the last service you provided. It was done accurately and it didn't leak.
