Purchased four new tires and had them installed. Pretty standard. WhT impressed me is the inspection of all the vehicles major parts. The employees found an issue with the brakes. I will need new brake shoes, but not immediately. They did not try and sell me something that I did not currently need. Now that is impressive. I will not go anywhere else.

Good overall value and service level. Website was easy to use and informative and established my initial interest in contacting BigO vs. had done business with Discount Tire. Personnel where friendly and I watch personnel do much of the work through a viewing window and found personnel where efficient and considerate of the vehicle.

Service was quick and courteous. We especially liked being informed about what was found and what was being done rather than just sitting there not knowing what was going on. Thanks for the great service. We would highly recommend Big O!
