Big O Tires

This Big O services all 5 of my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and helpful! I won't go anywhere else!!

My husband had a tire blow out while he was driving by your store. He pulled in. It was already quitting time, but you helped him with the spare and made an appt first thing Saturday to replace all of the old, rotten tires on the car. Thank you. I posted this on the Kingman News group, but I guess they removed it. But thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'm 67 years old and have lived in Kingman 3 years. During that time I've used 2 previous centers to service my vehicle. I'm a mechanical engineer with extensive knowledge of most mechanical systems but long ago quit changing oil and doing my own maintenance. I can do it but it's not worth my time. I love a service center that does what I ask, tells me what I need to know and doesn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. Big O has had several opportunities to "stick it to me" on tire issues as well as others, but they have been straight forward and honest every time. That's why I'm a Big O Customer!

We were going on vacation and spotted a bolt in our rear tire I pulled in I was treated and they got right on it by the time I checked in the office they were already working on my truck thank the guy we had a good rest vacation

I went there a couple days ago to get my serviced an they took me home while my car was being serviced then picked me up when was done. That was really nice of them.

Cody was great, let me know what was needed and some things that might be needed in the future and didn't try to scare me into fixing things sooner as some places do, will definitely keep coming back to you guys.

Even more than the excellent products & services sold at Big O Tires, I enjoy & appreciate the skills, knowledge & outstanding customer service of this Big O Tire business. I have never had a negative experience in any way, with any product or service person. Not only do I get an appointment scheduled whenever I call, but I also receive service when I have reason to drop in without an appointment. The staff not only politely and intelligently answer every question, and perform quality workmanship, they also go above and beyond by helping me every way they can, from giving me a needed ride home, to checking all fluids when I only came in for an oil change. I completely trust all work done on my vehicle at Big O Tires, and am grateful for any and all coupon offers for service. Great appreciation for their work ethics and skilled technicians!
