As usual the staff from manager to newest employee was great. As replacement of my old wheels to new I was shown how they looked and informed that I needed to bring car back to check torque on lug nuts. Upon return I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will recommend others to go to Big O

It was especially great that Big O in Kingman, AZ was able to accommodate our last-minute change of plans and to schedule us at our new time and date. They immediately were able to start work and even recommended a great dinner down the street to get a meal to pass some time.

There are fast even when busy as it was yesterday. I got my oil/filter changed and was out in under 45 minutes so very good service.

Jerry was completely polite, attentive and extremely informative. All work was attended to, and recommendations were very well given and received. I have no intention of ever taking this vehicle to any other service available here in town, and am very happy it is available for us here. The technicians are knowledgeable, great workers and helpful. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm so glad I've come to know the owners and some of the workers.

We brought our truck in for tire rotation and an oil change. The service went above board to fix a problem with a stripped oil plug. You not only fixed the problem but brought me home to wait for the problem to be fixed. Then came to pick me up when it was done. We appreciate your business ethics and concern for your customers.

Had a rock go through my new big O tire and lodge in the tread air leaking out drove to Big O and they replaced the tire with a new one in less than one hour
