I've been coming to Big O Tires for over 4 years now, and have always been happy with the service and work provided. I've never had any problems with any service or employees. The prices are something I can afford, and I appreciate the concern the staff has about the condition of my vehicle. I totally appreciate the customer service, the quality of work, and the attention to the needs of my vehicle.

I was told last rotation that I may need brake shoes. So its time for rotation and oil change light came on also, so I was happy that they could do rotation and oil change and brake shoes all in one stop. Plus they got to me right away. I was really thrilled when they informed me that my brake shoes were fine and didnt need them. I was amazed and thanked them for their honesty and integrity. I have always received friendly and prompt service here and will continue to use them for my tire and now oil change services.l

Did service in a timely manner and I was happy with what they did.

Dropped off two rims to get new tires. Checked products online and chose what I wanted, however they were not in stock at store. Price of those tire were honored with a better / more expensive tire. Thanks!
