Fresh coffee, tv, papers to read while I waited, with an attentive staff who smiled and were very courteous. What a wonderful change from the sour faces and unbending service of many places in Kingman.

I only buy Big O tires.Buy a new vehicle and have them change out for Big O tires before I take the vehicle home.Never have had a bad experience even when out of town and at a different store.Always have polite and courteous service.

I've been a customer of another tire shop in town due to a couple of factors but it's not a full service shop. I did some front end work and needed wheel alignment and I believed Big O would get it right. I spoke with the folks inside and saw good knowledgeable people that made me feel good about the transaction. I have six vehicles, if their tire prices are right, I will do business with Big O in the future.

Came in to an oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment, all done well and they found a brake light out, which saved me a stop by a friendly police officer I am sure. All work was done in a timely manner, cost was as expected and personnel were very professional. Another good experience at Big O Tires.

Had a low tire, they pulled it , repaired it and balance my front tires, no charge! Professional young man at the counter, great customer service.

Dropped off two rims to get new tires. Checked products online and chose what I wanted, however they were not in stock at store. Price of those tire were honored with a better / more expensive tire. Thanks!

Great customer service, as always. I say this even though the car manufacturers seem to be making it more difficult to do even simple tasks like changing wiper blades. I appreciate the effort and completely understand that there is now multiple versions of attachments to make a wiper blade fit.

I had a vibration while towing a trailer. The trailer tires didn't look that bad, so they put the pick up truck on the hoist and checked the drive train. It looked fine so they replace all four trailer tires and the vibration was gone. AND thery never even charged me to inspect the drive train. Excellent place to do business!!!
