Great experience at Frank & Karens store

I like Big O's frankness and honesty I experienced in Kingman. They sell good tires and service them quickly with any hassle or sales pressure. They have helpful in recommending other sources when they didn't have what I was looking for a (spare tire & wheel).

Good customer service

They are always great and knowledgeable. Cody is very helpful, and the head mechanic is great. I believe John did my work and was great.

I bring my work van and personal car here for tires and oil changes, I have a hectic schedule and a long commute, so it's amazing that Shaun and Cody always try their hardest to get me in and out of there quick and efficiently. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had DR apt. and they got me in and out in time to make it.This time they did a good job on speed of service.Frank tries to stay on top of things and correct a problem when he knows about it.

Never have a problem, have used Big O for years. Won't put anything else on my vehicles but Big O. Always friendly, polite, and willing/ready to answer my questions.

Shawn always takes great care of all 6 of our vehicles. He is honest, helpful, and does everything possible to keep our vehicles on the road and always gives a fair price!

Brought my Jeep Wrangler in as it had picked up a 1 1/2 inch screw in the left rear tire.The folks at Big-O got to the task right away.They found that the screw hadn't penetrated the casing!They removed the offending object and sent me on my way.All in a few minutes.Thanks, Frank and crew!!

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in less than an hour. excellent customer service.

Sean was great to work with on obtaining the tires I requested. I have been a customer there for years and have always been treated fairly and the service was always Excellent.

Had some issues with my alignment that was done here talked to big o again and they fixed all the problems for no charge
