Big O Tires

My first experience with Big O was very good. The manager kept us well informed on the status of our tires even though he was very busy. We had the opportunity to speak with a couple of his workers, and they were honest and straight forward about our tire repair also. That said a lot about the type of people the manager is hiring. A good first experience.

Took a little longer than expected but when it was finished I felt good about it.

Never have a problem, have used Big O for years. Won't put anything else on my vehicles but Big O. Always friendly, polite, and willing/ready to answer my questions.

I was greeted immediately following the previous customer, told them that I wanted an oil change, was in and out within an hour. Great service. The price was right and I also received confirmation coupon for a coupon that I was sent via email for a free oil change. It doesn't get any better than that.

Brought my Jeep Wrangler in as it had picked up a 1 1/2 inch screw in the left rear tire.The folks at Big-O got to the task right away.They found that the screw hadn't penetrated the casing!They removed the offending object and sent me on my way.All in a few minutes.Thanks, Frank and crew!!

Big O Tires of Kingman, Arizona was very professional and quick in handling a dispute I had with Big O tires in Roseburg Oregon. I had new tires installed in Arizona due to failures of tires that came on my 34' Big Horn fifth wheel trailer. I purchased the Tire Protection Plan at the time I had these tires installed. A little over a year from time of purchase, one of the tires failed due to a defect. I had the tire replaced in Roseburg Oregon as it is the closest Big O Dealer to where I live. I was charged $ 47.03 to replace the defective tire. I asked at the time why there was any charge at all, and was told that Big O does not warranty trailer tires. I again asked what I had purchased (note, I had the original paperwork from Arizona) if it didn't cover completely the defective tire. I paid the amount and informed the Roseburg dealer that I would take this up with Corporate Big O. I did so the next day, and within two days, Arizona Big O called and reimbursed me for the total amount. They handled it very professionally.

I bring my work van and personal car here for tires and oil changes, I have a hectic schedule and a long commute, so it's amazing that Shaun and Cody always try their hardest to get me in and out of there quick and efficiently. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
