Called around for the best price and Frank delivered. He has my business even if I do have to drive two hours to get their. Oh by the way if you want to see how your car handled back when it was new get an alignment. Worth every penny.

My ONLY complaint first: When I called to schedule an appointment Friday morning I was told there were none available. I asked about Saturday & was told basically the same thing. Since I had to go to Vegas EARLY Monday the fella I talked with (NO, I didn't get his name!) said to come in between 7:15 & 7:30 Saturday morning & they would work me in "first come, first served". I arrived @ 7:30 to see the hours on the door - OPEN 8:00. Someone was in the store, but they didn't open the doors till about 7:50. Others had arrived & got in the door before me! I waited my turn until Steve asked how he could help me. From then on, all was good. Steve was apologetic that I'd been incorrectly told to come in when I was. He found my files (under my DECEASED husband, Eddie Nastri's name. You might correct that?) Although I was not FIRST, my car was serviced in a "timely" manner. Steve pointed out an eventual need for repair & did NOT push me to do it NOW! Thank you very much. My cars have been coming to your store for many years. I come back because I appreciate your prices & service. Will continue to do so. Price seemed high for wheel mounting and balance... now Waiting for a Quote for a replacement Eagle aluminum wheel rim and center chrome cover... plus mount and balance...

I had a tire and it had been losing air for some time and I just kept filling it every 2 days. When I would go by the store they are always so busy that I just kept putting it off. Then one Sat. I looked on the web. and saw that they were only open till 3:00pm. I called them at 2:25 and was told to bring it in!I live but 3 min. away and at 2:30 they drove my car in and by 2:55 I was on my way home again! Really great job by Codie & crew!!

The service was great but the tires were expensive

I only wanted my tires Rotated & to find the reason for my steering wheel shaking at higher speeds. Found out I need the wheel pads not Balancing and was charged for that! When I use to bring in my Highlander in I always got an oil change & tires rotated at a descent price! But now that I have a Nissan Murano & I needed the higher oil weight than what I use to get for the Highlander- The guy figured I needed the whole Tire Rotation & Balancing Package which I found out later I did Not! Just rotating is all I needed! Disappointed with that!

I had 4 new Bridgestone Dueler A/T tires installed at Big O tires in Kingman, Arizona. The staff was quick but thorough. The rep at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also found out that there was NOTHING wrong with my lug nuts, as Marty Swanty personnel tried telling me several months ago. It was simply Swanty's service team, that was backed up, not wanting to waste more time, rotating my tires. Thank goodness for Big O Tires!! They rock!

I was promptly greeted, told them of my issue, a low pressure tire, was told it would about 15 minutes to get it into the bay, it was and another 30 minutes to fix, hopefully. It was fixed in 30 minutes. I paid 15 dollars and I feel that it was a good price.

Had oil changed and tires rotated. They did not correct the tire pressure on the tires.

Will go there when have too,slow was there 2 hours to get tires rotation mechanic had to stop in the middle of rotation Too eat Pizza. Worse service ever seen,And sent me home an Stated will call me with estimate that was three days and still No Call!

Overall ok. Had to wait about 1 1/2 hours to get a tire checked out!!!! This is a very busy store. Perhaps they need to get a bigger building and hire more tire repair people.
