I appreciated how pleasant all the employees were. They front desk person was particularly pleasant (I can't remember his name, but he was awesome). There was a cell phone charging port, which I desperately needed! Thanks! Also, there was free drinking water, perfect for this warm desert. Thanks for caring about our comfort. The TV was in the Big-O-Tire channel...that was kind of a yawner. Overall, great experience! I'm new to town and will definitely make this place my go-to :)

On the road travel trailer blew a tire called ahead (twohours away from Las Vegas)staff got two tires for us from warehouse arrived had tires on in 15 minutes and we were back on the roadstaff very polite and helpful on phone and when we arrived. Thanks guys

Many times I am known by name. The service is always done well and professionally. I would say excellant job!

Clean up the waiting area and restroom. Otherwise terrific.

Although they replaced 2 batteries an checked out the fluids. My battery light is still on dashboard light still shows problem. They told me to come back in a few days to see if they need to adjust the computer. I think there is a alternator problem. It is hard to bring Motor Home back from Valle Vista 17 miles away. Bob

Massive blowout on 40 near Barstow, Big O had my tire in Kingman, our last stop for that day. Had us on the road in no time

I wasn't pressured to do more then I wanted or could afford. Very unusual for a senior lady. Treated well.

My Chevy needed wheels, tires and a front-end alignment. Big O's did a beautiful job at a fair price. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was there for an oil change. I had an appointment and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Matthew was very nice and courteous. Thank you very much!

We do not go anywhere for our tire and other service they provide.
