Big O Tires

I needed a tire that wasn't in stock .had it in two days, very good quick service.

Got me in unannounced, and had me on my way fast, even saved me more trouble by suggesting I get both tires replaced as one had a large cut I hadnt seen.

I pulled into Kingman with my horse trailer fully loaded at 6am on a Saturday morning. Moving to WA from Phoenix. I had a hot hub on my horse trailer. Not good. Despite having the trailer fully serviced and being told by Phoenix shop it was A-OK, I had a hot hub. This can possibly catch the trailer on fire and burn my horses and trailer up. When they arrived to get ready for opening the store manager assured me he would have his man on it as soon as they set up and the right man for the job arrived at 8am, which was opening time. I was worried about the horses standing in a still trailer if it got hot. Brian got right on it. Hour and 45 min later I was rolling down the road again. I can't say enough nice things about Frank and Brian. Me and my horses thank you most profusely. Darlene.

I trust my vehicle to the capabilities and knowledge I experience with the integrity I find at Big O. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that I would have appreciated a more thorough explanation of what the expense was going to be, and foreknowledge of what "we didn't do cause you didn't ask". This, however, will not keep me from returning, I will just know better next time what to ask for. My thanks for your reliability continue each day as I drive my vehicle and know it's service is in your good hands!

Needed two tires for our travel trailer. Called 30 minutes prior to arrival to kingman az. Put tires on in under an hourand we were back on the road. Staff polite and helpfulthanks guys
