Adam Greunder was very kind. Dropped in without an appointment and they did an oil change and rotated the tires within 2 hours. I will definitely go back for my next oil change!

Always a great experience and getting recommendations on trailer tires was a bonus.

The manager at this location is incredibly helpful and very nice to deal with.

Walked in store early in the morning, asked about a specific tire availability. They said the could have one in today, and that they did, returned waited about 45 minutes and my tire was swapped out.

I have been a loyal Big O Tires since 1975 because of the service that I received from Big O Tires in Dublin, California. I have lived in many cities and two states. No matter where I go, I always look for a Big O Tires as my first choice in tires and auto repair. From my first visit at a young age, I was amazed at the professionalism, quality, and great customer service. Big 0 Tires in Tempe, AZ has exceeded my expectations. Michael Bassett and his Team definitely go above in Customer Service than any other Big O Tires that I have visited. They remembered me, they open the door for me, and someone walked out the hot car lot to pick up my car and drove it to me when I came back to pick up my car. They have always made me feel welcomed and part of the Big O Tire Family when I visit their store. On my last visit, I noticed that they also do this for every customer. If a business does not offer great customer service, I will never go back. I believe in great customer service and the Tempe AZ. Big O Tires definitely exceeded my customer expectations. Your counter service employee "WILL" was very friendly and efficient. During the duration of my stay for a rear axle brake job he kept me informed of the progress of the the work being done.

I walk in without a scheduled appointment and get right in every time. The prices of products at Big O Tires are very competitive. Those who man the check in desk are good communicators. My car is always checked for safety issues. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable and my wait time is very short.

I was very happy in the service that it took to get everything completed for our son. The workers were excellent and explained everything to us in a timely fashion. they are now part of our family.

The associate James was so kind to me. I got in a car accident on the way to the shop and they got me in right away and helped. They also stayed late to finish for me.

The store opens at 8am on Saturdays, I called at 730am and was greeted by Will. I told him I needed brakes, rotors, oil change and an alignment... He said if I got in asap, he'd have my vehicle done by noon. I came right in and was greeted my Will. He was quick, efficient and friendly. I got the call at noon that my car was ready as promised. I have to say my car hasn't run this good in years. Thank you Will you are the best!!!

The Big O Tire store is only a few blocks from where I live. They were friendly, installed a new tire, and rotated my tires in around 30 minutes. I would definitely stop in again in the future. Thank you!

I have family mechanics in a different state, so my standards are high. This crew kept everything clean, professional, and thorough. I felt informed and comfortable with every suggestion and decision I made from it. I will definitely be back.

We were able to walk in and be immediately seen. We had a screw in the front right tire, which was repaired within 30 minutes.

Wow this is the nicest Big O I have ever been to in my life! The staff is ultra friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing. I bought tires from them a couple of months ago, 4 brand new ones, for an amazing price! When I came back in a couple months later for an oil change, they saw I was a loyal customer and put the oil change on their tab. I am always coming back into this store. I have a Big O account so of course I use Big O when needed. The store on Rural & Broadway in Tempe outshines all the Big O Tires I have previously used. Everyone is helpful and straight forward. No one wastes your time whether it is a quote or a flat or getting new tires. I enjoy an employee who is not afraid to talk with the customer and treat them well. Will has always "been there"...from fixing a flat to putting on those new tires for either of my cars.

Pete and James are always honest and courteous. The price is good. They keep me updated, the quality of work is always excellent. Their customer service is always excellent.

Since my visit I have referred many people to this location. Jeremy the manager was AWESOME and the rest of the staff was super friendly as well. Jeremy had answers to all my questions and was very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated him giving me all my options and letting me know what would work best for my needs. I have been using a different tire company for many years but after my visit I will go to this Big O for all my auto needs.

Just needed a same day oil change and they where able to take me on a Friday afternoon. I was impressed with this the most.
