I had a tire go flat and it was not repairable. I was on my way to work. The tech had a replacement mounted and balanced in under 20 minutes and I was on my way. Thanks for such great service.

Gerrin Hunt is very courteous and helpful. He helped me a lot when I bought my tires from Big O. The price is a good value. I believe the technician does a complete job. The only complaint is the length of time it takes for an oil change and tire rotation.
