Big O Tires

I've been coming here for an oil change for a while. Everything usually is very good. But my last visit the attendant backed into a car and broke my back headlight. I have not heard from them so far as far as when they're going to fix it

I'm glad you asked for comments. The entire shop on Thornydale looks and feels tired, messy, and in need to a solid cleaning. Compare this Big O shop to nearby Discount Tire shops and you will note a signifiant difference in overall appearance. You might ask 'does appearance matter?' Yes, it does, customers like me will come back if the shop is neat and clean (as well as convenient). Service and work done is fined, but the presentation needs to be improved. Hope this helps.

I had taken my car to get a tire sensor installed to the Costco tire center, not only was the service horrible, they did a bad job. I went to my local Big O, they told me what Costco had done wrong and quoted me a fair price to fix it. I went back to Costco, got my money back went right back to my Big O store and within 40 minutes they fixed all my issues. The crew was knowledgeable and professional! I will not be going anywhere else to have any tire issues fixed ever again, BIG O is my store.

I wanted my spare tire put on the ground, a new tire mounted and tires rotated.. The customer care rep needed me to repeat what I wanted 3 times and never did get the rotation done.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and I trust them not to rip me off. Value for service.

They didn't have my size tires in stock, so I had to come back the next day, but other than that I was very happy with the service that was performed. Plus, they gave me a discount even tho' I didn't have the right coupon. I've been there before and I'll be there again.

The staff and employees are very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of the customer.

I was told car would be ready in 1.5 hours, but it turned out to be 3. I waited 1.5 hours in the store with a drop off/pick up. The other issue is that I was told I needed additional services, which I chose to wait on. Subsequently, I received a second opinion which did not concur on recommended service recommendation.

Ease of transaction. Scheduled online. Arrived on time. Car was serviced upon arrival. Took about an hour and a half as estimated.

I went in for a price quote to see if they could beat home title on my back brakes on the phone they said they could beat him by $100. But when I got there they could only be the competition by a dollar. I also told them that there was a leak somewhere on a seal they told me they were look and tell me where it was. I asked them to tell me what the engine light being on. They said they could scan and tell me. I agreed. They did the brakes. Never scanned the engine code. Never told me about the leak. I guess they forgot.

Service was great and done well.

Was told my car was almost ready and still had to wait about an hour. After having new tires and balanced my car had grease on the steering wheel, inside driver's side door, driver's floor mat and a spot of grease on the rug of the driver's side.

We were very happy with the quality of work, but most surprising to us was how friendly and detailed the associates were. We will be back

The work was completed well. Everyone in the story was very courteous. My problem, was after I got my truck back, there was grease all over the running board, Grease on the inside door panel and grease on the edge of the carpet
