Price and, service good, but nobody wore a mask.

First time trying your establishment. Old sticker with miles to next oil change was not replaced and change oil light was still on. Had to take car back in to have these fixed. Small problems but with something as easy as an oil change should of been done first time. I'm considering bringing my car back to have Rotors done but a little leary of something being missed and that would be a bigger problem.

The crew at this location always take care of me and my vehicles! I appreciate their efforts to find me the most reasonable pricing and efficient service! I recommend them to everyone I know and I have been a customer at this location for about a decade now! Thanks guys! Joe Covarrubias

Old window sticker for next oil change was left on and the change oil light was still on. Had to take car back in to have it reset and have new milag ed to next change stickwr put on. Not happy with that at all. Was thinking of having rotors done here but if they can't get the oil change right how bad will my rotor job be??

I've been going to big o for years and this time around was just so poor I paid for a balance and they didn't even do it.. all four tires where off by 20-40.. they wouldn't give me my money back.. I'm so upset and hurt so future reference stay with your car watch them work on it make sure they are actually doing what needs to be worked on or your just gonna be paying for nothing.. I will no longer go to this big O

Such friendly and welcoming staff!

When I brought my car in for an oil change it was not dripping or leaking oil, in fact, none of my vehicles do. After parking the car in my garage, I now see it is leaking oil onto my garage floor. This isn't just a few drops that have found their way to the floor, but quite a bit of oil seepage. I am at an utter loss of words to reveal my complete displeasure with the service. Additionally, my Big O tires that have less than 20,000 miles on them are going bald. I have been told this is because of a bad alignment which I will take at face value as correct. However, I had my vehicle serviced 7,500 miles ago where a tire rotation was supposed to have taken place. Shouldn't have someone at Big O noticed then that a problem was starting to occur? Don't you think your technicians or managers should inform their customers that an alignment needs to be done, rather than the customer asking for one?

Went in for a 8 am appt. I was told I didn't make one, By Shawn the the manger They moved my appointment to 11:30 -12:30 then 2:00pm. You can't make this up! Service has continued to go down hill. Lost records etc... Yes Shawn you can for whatever reason you want say I was lying and you can try to waste my day & move my appointment and I can also move my business somewhere that won't call me a liar in front of other customers when their own employee was lying to them!

it too expensive, cruelly, inhuman, you chop head cut the tail work 5 minutes electric smoke and talk 10 minutes The manager must have no a job not come back for $225 change battery unbelievable!

Shawn never misleads us. We have trusted him and this location for years, with many vehicles. He helps us maintain them in superb condition and always stands behind services rendered.

i just needed a flat repair i had tpp they said that the tire was bought at different big o they couldnt warranty it even after contacting said store

Great tires good price

Worst place to get service done on your car. First time they couldn't figure out how to remove lug nuts from my car. I had to go back to do a warranty claim on my tire that keeps going flat and they are now having a problem doing that. They inspected my tires a few weeks ago and I still have the same issue. Never doing business with this location again.

Excellent service!

There is a difference between lip service and customer service. Customers should get the service they asked for. Employees at a tire store should inflate tires properly and have tire gauges that are in good working order.
