Big O Tires

I have been taking my Jeep to Big-O for tires and Service for 10-yrs and have never been disappointed. I trust their mechanics and they provide their customers with quotes and reasonable pricing.

My initial appointmet was not done due to employees not reporting for work . The store manager Danny was quite taken by this as he was working in the tire shop. He was apologetic and he rescheduled my appointment. I found him to be very professional in dealing with this crisis. I commend him and personally told him I appreciated his efforts keeping the business going eventhough he was alone working.

The Manager was awesome, and I forgot his name. He was incredibly helpful and took care of me and my vehicle. The employees were all nice as well, and did a great job on my car. I really appreciated doing business there.

Great service. I paid for the tires they had to order them Nitto Dura Grappler. They came in the next day I was called when they came in. I took my truck in and they took it back right away. These tires are awesome they are very quiet and were balanced correctly. Thanks for great service.

Quick and easy on a short notice right before Christmas

Good advice on tire type for may needs. Prompt and efficient service. Price somewhat high. Didn't give me a copy of the warrantee.
