Everything went very smoothly.

This was my first visit to this BigO Tire location. I was assisted by Garron. He was so efficient and knowledgeable. My tire issue was remedied very quickly. Garron is the reason I will return to this location as he is a superb representation of the quality of your service. Even though the Thornydale location is further from my home, it is certainly worth the extra mile or two because of Garron.

The staff was great, they greeted me, asked if I had a reservation and if I made it on line. They gave me an estimated time that my services would ve gfobe and it was done before that time. They took care to make sure everything was good with my car. And they explained to me what else needed to be done, why it needed to be done what a detailed explanation of that happens. I really appreciate the entire staff.

I'm a long term customer, primarily oil changes on 3 vehicles. Always a good experience. This last service was for 4 tires and replacing all the suspension components (2 shocks, 2 struts). I'm an engineer and mechanic and do my homework for projects like this. Excellent product knowledge, parts availability, and VERY quickly accomplished. I could not be happier. As a side note, I had stopped in to have a similar conversation at a National Brand competitor two days prior with a polar opposite result...and a quote that was almost 3x higher for the exact same product!

The only thing is, the ABS light situation was not corrected, and now I have the battery light showing. Did they check the battery life by any chance? It is causing a lot of trouble this morning switching cars to get to work.

Efficient, friendly, good prices

As the old adage goes "You did it again". This time I had to have my A/C lines, evac & recharge & refrigerant put in because my A/C line had holes in them. I dropped my car off & was told that it could be a day or two & was expecting that since they were not sure about the lines since they had to take them off & send them out to be repaired. Well much to my surprise I got a call later in the day to tell me that my car was fixed & ready to be picked up, which was a huge relief since I was borrowing some one else's car. You guys have always come thru for me, don't charge me anything extra & give me the straight scoop, if you can't fix you will send me to someone who can. Thanks for your honesty & professionalism.

Both Danny and Shawn are very professional and friendly and made both me and my sons feel appreciated and welcome. They helped me understand the pricing and I felt very comfortable and trusted what they were saying and their honesty. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Excellent workmanship. Great manners, friendly too. The only thing is they need a bell at the front, or something. It was a couple minutes before someone to came to the front desk. They complimented my old truck for being in great shape. You don't hear that often. Big O is my go-to for my vehicles.
