We were traveling from Phoenix to San Diego and blew a tire outside of Yuma. We limped into town on a spare and stopped off at Big O Tires. Braulio Salazar assured me that they had the correct tire in stock and would get us back on our journey as soon as possible. They slapped the new tire on and we were on our way within 1.5 hours. Thanks for taking care of us!!

Speed of service. Looks like this store has been cleaned up. They used to have some dirty clothed employees and a lack of property maintenance. Now all looks good.

Arrived without an appointment and told it was not a problem. Was told the tyres I wanted were not in stock but could be there by the afternoon. Received a call regarding brake and alignment checks and opted to have front brakes repaired. Recieved a txt message when work was complete and pick up and payment was simple and easy.

Store had what I needed. Staff carried my purchase (2 12 volt batteries) to my car.

I thought I was going in for my car's oil change and tire rotation. The associates kindly explained the other areas that were in need of attention. I've been going to this location for years, and I trust that they will do repairs and service that are needed. My first appointment was on Wednesday, the follow-up was scheduled for Thursday -- my car was repaired and back to me in a timely manner.
